Thery were the first...they still are!
Ever since I started using Dropbox in 2007 I tried other could services but always came back to this one. They were one of the first to provided a stable and secure could storage service ...they still are among the best!!
Pros
Stable product ever since I started using it in 2007.Very easy to install and manage. An amazing tool for backup and to sync files throughout the network.
Cons
Some problems with Apple products for several month but all resolved now.Download times are sometimes longer than usual. But this happens also with other services. The new way to see what is on the local disk or not is not as obvious as it used to be.

Not As Intuitive As I'd Hoped
I had high hopes for Dropbox Business, especially given the reputation it has. However, I was left disappointed by its complexity. Instead of making my workflow smoother, I often found myself wasting time trying to figure out how to perform basic tasks. I genuinely believe there's potential here, but the product needs a significant overhaul in terms of its user interface and user experience. Simple should always be the primary focus, especially for business solutions.
At the end, in my company we all move to Google Drive
Pros
The storage capacity and the reliability of the system are commendable. When it works, files sync across devices seamlessly, and I've never lost any important documents.
Cons
The user interface and user experience leave a lot to be desired. For a product that's supposed to simplify my life, I found myself constantly struggling to navigate the system. There are too many features that seem redundant, and the settings are buried in places where you wouldn't expect. I also felt that some of the advanced features were forced upon me, rather than being optional add-ons. It's quite overwhelming, especially for someone who just wants a straightforward file storage solution.

Dropbox is the best product I have tried
I was very happy with the product but as time goes on and the pricing simply isn't budget friendly enough for small company that I am working with. I can't deny it was a great product, easy to use and access
Pros
1. File Syncing and Storage: I can sync and access the files across devices, backup and recovery options to ensure the most up-to-date versions available.2. Great Collaboration: Features that simplify teamwork - I can create folders, invite team to collaborate on files and work in real-time. 3. Security Measures: Provides encryption, two-factor authentication, and advanced sharing controls to ensure data privacy and protection.
Cons
The main issue would be the pricing especially for country that has severe gaps of currency difference and small businesses. It is not very budget friendly

A Good App for File Sharing and Content Management
It took a while to determine which package would suit me the best since I needed to sync, share and move files around, and apparently if you're using the free version you can't perform file moving even if you're an admin. The customer service agent I spoke to had his own names for the different tiers (eg he said business account instead of manager account etc) so it made it difficult for me to figure out the best package for what I needed. His command of English wasn't the best either so I kept having to reword my questions. For such a well known company I expected better.
Pros
I like how Dropbox can handle huge files and how there are several tiers to choose from depending on your needs. I like the user interface, for example it's easy to locate, move and download files. I started off with the free version before I realized I was going to need a lot more storage space and the ability to perform other functions (ie moving shared files).
Cons
I wish I could download multiple files separately instead of them going into a zipped folder automatically - it just creates an extra step for me). Also, I found their customer service agent to be a frustrating experience.
