Easy to use User Interface. Does not require a programmer or technical resource to operate the program. Allows multiple Academy sites (multi-brand Support). > > **Cons**: Reporting is not good. We can almost never extract the data we need to see from the out of the box Reporting functionality. We end up exporting all data (which is a lot) and then manipulating Filters and Sorting in Excel to find what we need. It is a very time-consuming process. Easy LMS also does not offer a "choose your own adventure" type of Course, where based on the Users answers they could be served a different set of materials. We would very much like to tailor the Learning path based on the Users prior responses. > > Overall we have been very satisfied with Easy LMS services.
