Easy and Affordable
I have been looking for an affordable, pay-as-you-go registration platform for a long time. Eventleaf checks all the boxes and then some. I have used it for live events and virtual and it has been a wonderful registration tool for both.
Pros
It is so affordable and easy to use with excellent customer service. I have tried many software platforms over the years and this is by far my favorite. I love the responsive design of the custom event website, and how easy it is to build. I also love the app that is included. No need to enter information into a separate app or platform. Fully integrated into the system.
Cons
I sometimes am looking for a little more detailed reporting options.
It is not always intuitive when building a survey or form, and there is a little bit of a learning curve. I always get support from customer service and they help me right away.

Easy, customizable, with responsive customer service team
We started using Eventleaf after being frustrated by the over-complicated and non-user friendly RegOnline/Cvent. Eventleaf is not only easier to use AND more customizable, but their customer service team is unmatched. They are quick to answer our questions and are even quick to improve their product at our suggestion.
Pros
We’ve used it for both in-person and virtual conferences and swear by it. It’s easy to use, and the few times we’ve had questions the customer service people have been very helpful with answers, fixes, and even taking our suggestions for functionality. The professional event page is a huge asset for our event, as is the easy-to-use app (which we’ve also used to host a virtual conference for over 400 people). Registration is both easy to make and customizable to even the quirkiest of registration setups. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful yet easy-to-use registration tool.
Cons
We are currently working with Eventleaf customer service to make their reporting feature more robust. The current reporting is adequate, but the customer service team has been responsive to our ideas for improvement.

Registration
Eventleaf solves the problem of having a registration platform for a hybrid event that can be customised to inform attendees with the information that they need to know. For in-person attendees, this means location and venue, meet sponsors, social dinner etc., but also option to join the webinar; for webinar only, how to access the webinar, read speaker profiles, contact sponsors.
Pros
The ability to assemble an event portal is very natural with EventLeaf.
Cons
The integration with Zoom is not as comprehensive as I would like. Still testing but it would appear that the EventLeaf portal simply launches Zoom as a separate app. Once in Zoom, it is unclear how users will interact with both Zoom and EventLeaf for Q&A, surveys and so on. I will soon find out and hopefully update this review. The inclusion of attendance certificate and feedback is also a big plus.

Excellent Event Management System
We have really enjoyed using Eventleaf for all of our needs regarding the demonstrations we host on site. The depth that Eventleaf has is vast and we are excited to continue exploration and utilization of all its capabilities in the future.
Pros
Eventleaf has been very helpful in streamlining the check in process at our events. Guests are constantly impressed by the sleek design and simple process. On our end, it has been extremely helpful in setting up guest events around the demonstrations hosted on site. The wireless guest badge printing and sign in process has helped our check in area stay organized and seamless. The data collection acquired after every event has been vital in tracking our efficiency and influx of attendees. Most importantly, the customer service offered by Eventleaf has been unmatched regarding any questions or issues that may arise with the software. They've been able to assist with everything from financing to tutorial help on how to use the software to its full capability.
Cons
One issue we noticed with Eventleaf is that the printing quality for badges from the iPad is lower than the printing capabilities from the desktop. We wish there was a way to edit the resolution used for printing from the app on the iPad.

New to Eventleaf, but SO impressed!
Pros
Eventleaf is very, very organized. It's so easy to create really dynamic registration for various attendee types. Most of the platform is "just enough" customization where you can set up a really clean design without being overwhelmed by features. The integrated electronic payments has made our work much easier, and we'll continue to explore the at-event features this fall! The dashboards and reports have already been amazing, but we'll continue to explore those as well.
Cons
I'd like to see the page design options made a little more robust, specifically the general information section (formatting is tricky) and being able to reorder the sections. I'd also love to see the ability to upload a logo within the registration, and the ability to back-end tag registrants.

Fast, Printer-Friendly, and User-Easy
My search for an event management vendor led me to Eventleaf, which I discovered on a Friday afternoon. I contacted their office, and they promptly arranged a meeting with [sensitive content hidden] for Monday morning. [sensitive content hidden] was incredibly supportive, granting us full system access for 50 attendees to test Eventleaf. The platform is user-friendly and intuitive, enabling senior technologists to set up an event without needing a support call. The comprehensive online documentation provided valuable insights into advanced settings. Crucially, Eventleaf's compatibility with our Zebra printers proved indispensable.
Pros
One standout feature of Eventleaf's attendee management system is its efficient check-in process, which is crucial for minimizing long queues at registration points. It enables quick attendee lookup and immediate check-in, coupled with the capability to print name tags directly using Zebra printers. The compatibility with Zebra printers is particularly valuable, given their prevalence in our existing resources. After evaluating multiple options, it became clear that few vendors offer this level of compatibility. Eventleaf not only supports this integration seamlessly but also features a straightforward setup process. Our event team could easily connect to the printers without the need for extensive training, streamlining the entire attendee management at our events.
Cons
I have no cons. Eventleaf is perfect for our type of events. It's straightforward and not overwhelming.

Positive Experience with Eventleaf
Pros
We have found the eventleaf software to be incredibly helpful for our training event. We have used other registration softwares in the past that were not nearly as beneficial. We loved that we could customize the page with our branded colors and logos. It makes for a seamless transition between our webpage and the EventLeaf site. We could even customize the URL! We were excited to be able to upload our contacts and send them from this platform, instead of having to use another platform to communicate. We are excited to have an integrated app that we can edit and customize. We loved how the software is structured for our event. It is easy to know where all the different pieces of information go. The default confirmations are great too, and we don’t have to create everything from scratch. We look forward to our future events with EventLeaf and only wish we had found it sooner!
Cons
We have been very happy with Eventleaf thus far.

EventLeaf Review
We really liked it. I look forward to our attendees' experience, as I can count on this to be another successful deployment from my department
Pros
The platform was very intuitive. All the major elements to manage our conference were available and easily accessible. We were able to quickly set up a mock conference, register, publish the app, check-in, print badges, and capture leads. I was more impressed after reviewing the demo to discover other aspects that we didn't test yet
Cons
Printing the badges was not direct. it's under the report, which seems out of place. Also, the need to use three separate apps for attendees, exhibitors, and check-in could be something they look into in the future

Great event management tool!!!
Eventleaf has been instrumental in solving our event organisation challenges. It has drastically reduced the time and effort required for event setup, allowing us to focus more on content and participant engagement. Its efficient registration process has also improved our attendee experience significantly.
Pros
I'm most impressed with Eventleaf's comprehensive feature set that caters to all our event needs. The platform's ability to seamlessly manage both in-person and virtual events is exceptional. Its user interface is not only intuitive but also aesthetically pleasing.
Cons
Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to nitpick, I'd say I'd like even more customization options for event branding, but what's already there is quite extensive.

Affordable Full-Service Event Management
I love Eventleaf! It is easy to use, provides everything you need to host a successful event.
Pros
As a small office responsible for coordinating a major event, using Eventleaf felt like I had tripled my staff. The platform produced a high-quality registration page. Provided attendees using the app to use self-check-in and view agenda. Has an event survey and communication tool, as well as created professional looking name tags. Excellent platform!
Cons
Setting up the self-check-in required the user to complete a waiver. I'm unsure why a waiver is needed. I simply wanted to have those who wanted to bypass the registration table with an option to check-in. Additionally, I wanted to create an invitation using the platform. However, the invitation produced was too generic. When I uploaded my JPEG file as the content, when the recipient receives it they have to download the image. How do I send without recipients needing to download the image?

Exactly what we were looking for!
We have had a great experience with Eventleaf! No major complaints and love that it is easy to use!
Pros
Event Leaf is exactly what we were looking for, which was a check-in system for the officials of our indoor track meet. With an older population it needed to be as simple and user friendly as possible which it is! I appreciate that it is easy to use as an administrator and easy for the users checking in.
Cons
It is not a con by any means, but I wish there was a way to register people for our event without sending them an email. It seems weird, but we already send out emails and I don't need them to get another one from Eventleaf when I sign them up to work our track meet.

Great Event Registration and Management Platform
Good. I'm moving many clients to it.
Pros
After using many other platforms with similar features, eventleaf has the best customer service.
Cons
It seems sometimes our registrants struggle to make updates to their info after registration and we end up doing this manually. I don't like that we get charged an attendee count for people who don't pay. For instance, I want all my speakers (who come for free) registered in the system, but don't like that I have to pay to do it.

Pros

Best Website for Hosting a Conference
I have used the free version of EventLeaf for two small events (about 50 attendees each). My experience has been great. The set up for a conference event is easy and there are many options with the free. I have printed attendee badges, set up exhibitors and granted access to each vendor to add their own information. I like that you can email the attendees and include a PDF if needed. This next event Im hosting I am going to go to the business side as this will allow check-in of attendees. This is a very important feature as last year we had people try to snap photos of the registered attendees as we had a paper version.
There are many features that I have not yet used, but as my business continues to grow, I will be looking into them, such as the polls and questions for attendees, virtual options. I also will be moving to using the registration for vendors next event. Currently only use for the attendees
Pros
ease of use, customer service is outstanding, set up of event on website, features available. I absolutely love this website. Before I began hosting this event, all registrations, notifications, marketing was done via email format. This took the conference to the next level.
Cons
Not many color options available for overall website color of event. The cost for a business profile is steep, however nice that you can email customer service for different options based on event needs. I host small a small conference once a year, so the base price doesnt make sense for me to pay. Tiered options would be great, based on size of event.

Eventleaf - A Good Alternative for Non-Profit Organizations
Overall, I am pleased with Eventleaf. We are a small non-profit and, though it provides a number of features that we don't use, the features we do use fit our needs. The person creating the registration website and screens doesn't need to be an IT expert, using Evenleaf's payment portal simplifies the payment process for our registrants, and exporting and importing registrant information is easy.
Pros
Designing the website and registration screens are easy and fairly intuitive. The system provides pre-existing, fillable format for the different areas of the website. The organization defines the registration types and registration options and connects the options with the various registration types. We also identify what registrant information we want to collect. Like the website, these forms are customizable and connecting registration options and types is fairly intuitive. Users can copy and revise/update entire events (e.g., to reuse year after year) and registration types and options to make new designs easier.
Cons
Would like to have a user's manual, FAQs, or help blog. You can only get technical help by calling the company. Would like more customization of the registration types and options. Though I have been able to create a registration format that meets my needs, sometimes what I have to do to make the system meet my needs is not the most efficient. Would like to be able to customize reports; only system reports are available. The financials portion of the system is confusing if you change registration types or options that lead to a change in pricing or if you process partial refunds. Again, I'm made it work but my work arounds are probably not the most efficient.

Eventleaf Makes Us Look Good
As a small nonprofit with limited resources, Eventleaf makes it seem like our events are in the big leagues. Customer support has been very responsive and it is very easy to use - I bet I am only using a fraction of its capabilities.
Pros

For the end user, the event information and registration process becomes beautiful, intuitive and easy to use. All In One Solution for Event Management
I recently used Eventleaf for managing an event, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the platform was intuitive and user-friendly. Setting up registration pages, managing attendee information, and sending out notifications were all incredibly easy tasks thanks to the platform's well-designed interface.
One of the standout features for me was the ability to customize the registration process to fit our event's specific needs. Whether it was collecting certain types of information from attendees or offering different ticket options, Eventleaf provided the flexibility we needed to create a seamless registration experience for our guests.
The customer support team was also top-notch. Whenever I had a question or ran into an issue, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

EventLeaf Is Our Go To Event Management Platform
Whenever I had a question, concern, bug, or even just suggestion to make the platform better, they always got back to me same day, and often were able to resolve my problem within one phone call. Their customer service was amazing and ultimately the reason we decided to do our event again with them this year.
Pros
We used EventLeaf for a nationwide event for 300 of our customers. EventLeaf covered all of our needs:-Simple tracking of registrations/invoicing -Create a dynamic landing page with ample information -Send communications, surveys, polls, and certificates -An intuitive and interactive app -Streamlined check in processes for the events and each session
Cons
I believe we didn’t take advantage of the games and prizes capabilities, the available integrations, or the social media/promotion aspects (that was done via our own platforms). I believe I had issues with the name tags and certifications because they weren't as dynamic looking as I would've liked. I had an issue importing videos into the emails. Pros
Eventleaf is extremely simple to use. We were able to create an event page from scratch that looks extremely professional. The registration and attendee tracking are excellent features. Inviting our exhibitors to edit their exhibitor profiles was also a huge plus.

Eventleaf saved our conference
I made the decision to switch to Eventleaf just 2 weeks before the conference. We had been using a competitor's product for the previous 3 months and needed a system with more flexibility and a focus on a smooth on-site check-in process. I imported our online registrations into Eventleaf and we used their amazing mobile check-in app to provide a registration experience that was a pleasant experience for our attendees and our conference staff! For this reason, alone Eventleaf saved our conference!
Pros
Eventleaf gave me the ability to completely offload the parts of conference planning I always dread. The most arduous tasks (collecting exhibitor profiles, updating speaker biographies, and changing the conference agenda) are automatically managed by the system. And the result is a beautiful and engaging conference web site and a companion mobile app that are always in sync. I will never create my own conference web site again!
Cons
If I had one complaint about Eventleaf, it would be regarding the lack of documentation. Although there are a few good videos we used for end-user training on specific features (e.g. the QR code badge scanner app), the software needs a comprehensive training manual for the event planner. I would also love it if the Sponsor management system worked like the exhibitor/speaker management system that is now in place. Ideally, it would be wonderful to have an end-to-end experience where the customer goes from purchase to profile upload and their information automatically appears on the exhibitor/sponsor page when the planner approves the purchase.

When it comes to customer service, EventLeaf outshines them all!
Our overall experience with EventLeaf has definitely been positive. New and improved features are always being developed, and they incorporate user feedback.
Pros
Simply put, EventLeaf's customer service is top notch. Forget chat bots and virtual assistants. Don't fret that you'll be directed to FAQs without a real person to answer your questions. I've worked with several reps at EventLeaf, and they're consistently available by phone and video chat, and they explain and troubleshoot well. It's hard to overemphasize how important this has been to our successful use of EventLeaf. When big events like our fall conference come around, the rep will make a point of clearing their schedule in case you have any emergency issues. Two thumbs up!
Cons
The reports in EventLeaf can be somewhat limited. For example, the first year that we used EventLeaf, we couldn't get head counts for each session at our conference. But now that issue has been addressed.

Great Value for Customizable Solution
We were looking for an affordable system that could do detailed registration with their own payment processor, name badge printing, and lead retrieval. After looking at many companies, Eventleaf was the only one to check all of the boxes. We are excited to start using their product for our conference in a few months.
Pros
Received detailed demo, easy to get follow up questions answered by email, and was able to test the product before committing. Great customer service. We were looking for a product that allowed attendees to select multiple registration options while only entering their information once, connected to name badge printing software, and had lead retrieval integration. Eventleaf had all 3, and even has their own payment gateway with payouts monthly to our bank account. You can also include registration types/options on name badge with customized “badge friendly” names. Lastly, you can create a basic registration page or build out with more detail through suggested tabs. As we just signed up, we haven’t been able to test out the reporting, name badge printing, or lead retrieval in action, but so far they seem to be great and meet all of our needs.
Cons
It took some time to set up the registration platform from scratch, but we were able to build out the registration options exactly as we needed and our Eventleaf contact was able to help us with any questions. Common registration fields need to be built from scratch, whereas other registration platforms have questions already built out. For example, you have to upload file of all states and countries when building the address fields to allow them to be a drop down. However, seems like we can copy/paste these fields for future registrations once created. As for the website, there is basic functionality and customization options when creating your registration webpage but it still worked for our needs.
Reasons for Choosing Eventleaf
Our previous event badge printing software is sunsetting, and our previous registration system did not allow attendees to select multiple registration options without needing to re-enter the same information for each ticket/add-on. Eventleaf was an affordable option that covers many event registration, badge printing, and attendee tracking needs that other platforms would upcharge for.Switched From

Eventleaf is the #1 Event Platform
It has been a super easy experience so far and the team has been great to work with.
Pros
The best part about Eventleaf is the team! They made the entire setup process so user friendly. We were able to email and call with any questions and they would quickly find solutions for us. It is also the most user friendly experience on the back end as well as for users to register.
Cons
So far anything unfavorable from Eventleaf has been solved by the sales/tech team. There hasn't been a need that they haven't been able to solve for us. We are incredibly grateful for all of the support we've recieved setting up our website and launching the event page.
Reasons for Choosing Eventleaf
We switched from Eventbrite because it wasnt user friendly and we were not able to text the registrants.Reasons for Switching to Eventleaf
We choose eventleaf because it ticked off all of our boxes at the most competitive price- Industry: Nonprofit Organisation Management

Thank you Eventleaf!
So far it's been fantastic! We're looking forward to running many more events with this tool.
Pros
I love how robust this platform is. Our organization researched a few different platforms and for the scope of our three day conference, this checked almost every box. We appreciate the customer service that also goes along with the tool, including the technology partnership with Hartford to make our onsite processes straightforward for staff and attendees.
Cons
The only thing we would recommend would be a more robust or extensive support library. While there are many how to guides, this area overall could be more user friendly.

EventLeaf Review for First timers!
It has been great so far! We are excited to get to use it in real time with our attendee's.
Pros
The ease of adding and uploading a mass amount of data, along with being able to choose colors, themes and hide certain parts of the app until it is ready to be seen.
Cons
There is limitations on adding documents to the invites, it would be nice to be able to incorporate more if needed.

A great tool for our annual event!
Eventleaf is a great solution to our annual client event registration. We are unable to manually keep track of the registrations we receive and Eventleaf does that and so much more.
Pros
Eventleaf is super easy to use, the interface is self explanatory. The platform can be as basic as you want it, or it can be elevated to a more tech savvy experience depending on your needs.
Cons
I find that uploading new lists to send invites to is a bit of a lengthy process. We often have an initial list of invitees which we send our invitation to, and then we have invitees to add to our list later on. In this process, we typically have to clone the invite and send to the new invitees which can take some time.

This application was a life saver for me.
Pros
The simplicity of set up and the automation. This product is better than any other of used so far. It even allows for sponsors and instructors to edit their own sections!
Cons
I wish I had a need to use more of the features.

Eventleaf - an unusual name - a really good alternative choice
We found the registration process meets our needs and het company has been very accommodating for our very small non-profit organization.
Pros
Once an event is created and launched notifications are received for review quickly. Also, the ability to customize the content for your organization.
Cons
Once the event is created it seems challenging to make updates to the information

Why I recommend Eventleaf
Pros
The thing I liked the most is the ability to integrate your own payment processor. I enjoyed the fact that you get a full free-trial demo so you can play around with the system as much or as little as you want. I really liked the fact that the registration page had so many options for promo-code control, etc.
Cons
The poor controls for logo uploads. I was disappointed with the final event page link that I was provided with. I wasn't impressed with the cookie-cutter basic web design controls, limited color schemes, and a very blocky feel. Also didn't like that the system does not have an auto-export feature for names, dates, events, phone numbers etc.
