My company has people who have issues using their phone, but they re able to use this with no problem. It helps our reporting on how much time our employees spend on a particular project, and it helps us track the precise hours our employees spend on a project or a particular cost code. It makes managing our employees and jobs that much easier. > > **Cons**: It's not easy to contact support or even add additional seats to your account. I wish they had an option of just purchasing X amount of seats without having to talk to customer service. > > Honestly, it's been a great experience. It is reasonably priced and provides many useful features.
