One of the best features is simply not having to keep track of paper receipts anymore. You can take a photo of a receipt right within the Expensify app or upload one from your device. If a receipt arrives by email, you can just forward it directly to Expensify. The auto-categorization works very well, and I especially like how easy it is to create rules for recurring expenses. Once you've set up a rule to capture the appropriate details, Expensify can automatically fill them in the next time around, which saves a lot of repetitive work. The reports are also clean, organized, and professional.
