Many features are intuitive for the user, and the support we receive from our account manager is outstanding. > > **Cons**: The roadmap for system updates is not clearly communicated to customers and the way in which updates are prioritized has recently been geared toward the parent user experience, rather than the experience of the customer (school) users who work in the system daily. EVERY TIME YOU LOG IN. In order to email parents have to go through several steps as well. Logging in, you have to have a district code you type in EVERY time you log in. Within the last week (April 2026), you have to have a 2 factor code emailed to you and put that in. This is on a phone or a computer that you use every day.
