The analysis tab provides different angles of a search that the attorney may have overlooked initially. Its numerous search and filtering options ensure that finding a document is nearly foolproof. Features like Co-Pilot have been invaluable for enhancing witness summaries and understanding information more effectively. > > **Cons**: However, the platform's lack of user-friendliness can be a drawback. This is something that I've noticed that some of our older attorneys are hesitant to use the system. Despite its many search and filter options, it can be challenging to locate a document, especially for new users who may feel overwhelmed by the multitude of choices. It would be helpful to be able to sort while in the reviewing part. I think it would be beneficial to have an easier way to save a filter where you can name it and have it saved globally through the system. For example, if there is a special search I like to use to help remove non-responsive materials, I would like to be able to use that same search in other cases. I believe it would be helpful for billing purposes to pay for the OpenAI through the Lexbe platform, especially since it is only charged whenever you use the Co-Pilot add-on. It would be great to figure out a way to charge it to that specific case. Also, I would like to know if I can be notified when things are added to a case as an administrator, so I can be more aware of when we are getting close to our monthly quota > > Lexbe provides a solution to review and organize a large volume of documents, emails, reports, etc. in one central location. As a cloud-based platform, our firm is not restricted to our computers and can review case exhibits from virtually anywhere. This is particularly useful when someone is unable to be in the office but still needs to complete work. I appreciate using the briefcase exporting feature because I have a couple of attorneys who prefer not to review documents within the platform.
