> **Pros**: We chose Method:CRM because of it's awesome integration with Quickbooks\! We have been  pleasantly surprised by the amazing training we have received from our success coach Phuong Phan. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but we enjoy her kind personality. Her style has made it easier for use to glean the information and apply what we learn to our business. GIVE PHUONG a raise\!\!\!\!

> **Cons**: No current integration with Voice over IP phone systems\!. We think it would be awesome to be able to click and dial directly the customer from inside  Method:CRM. (FYI: SalesForce and Insightly CRM has this option right now.) Please STRONGLY consider this. It would save us a lot of prospecting time\! Thank you\!

> **Cons**: If using Quickbooks Desktop payments, Method's payment gateway does not allow it in their platform. We are currently sending invoices from Quickbooks Desktop so that the customer has the option to pay with the link if they choose. Once the invoice is paid, we send the Paid Invoice via method so that the customer can have access to their portal. We can choose to use one of their accepted payment methods such as Stripe, but these do not sync with Quickbooks Desktop for merchant fees etc so to prevent adding to our data entry we have been reluctant to make a switch.

> WE LOVE IT\! It serves as advertised and WAY MORE. We use it for production task scheduling and tracking, customer communications and information, allowing our employees to see order history, time tracking and more.

> Method is an excellent program for organizing all of your information. I have all of my customers information saved, which I can quickly and easily import from my invoice program. I am able to save important events for each customer, and get reminders emailed right to me. The customer support is great\! They are always here to help when I have a question. I have never had any major issues using Method, and feel that it is well worth the cost\! I highly recommend Method to every business owner\!

> **Pros**: It integrates well with Quickbooks Desktop, although it works a bit slowly and occupies a lot of computer resources when synchronizing.

> **Cons**: Their customer service is near non-existent. You can get a hold of people via chat, but they are incompetent and have to refer every issue to the "back office" and that can take days to get a reply.
> 
> I occasionally send emails through the Method CRM Email campaign function. These emails are only to my customers. I sent a campaign out to about 1300 and got 20 invalid email responses. Method froze my email account based on the twenty invalid emails. It took over a week for them to get the account unfrozen. Ridiculous\!
