Other features include shipment quoting, color coding shipments, route mapping, customer web tracking and customer invoicing. NOVA has built-in modules for tracking vehicle maintenance and fuel and mileage. Summary reports are matched up with individual requirements by state and the system also provides important information about driver and vehicle performance. Companies can eliminate downtime because they know exactly when vehicles are due for maintenance. Their optional web-portal allows customers to track shipments and retrieve shipping documents (PODs, BOLs, DRs) online.
