I have to use Calendly as a backup system because BLAB doesn't care about users with disabilities. I've brought it up numerous times over the years, but their staff does nothing about it. Their code actively makes forms LESS accessible to people with disabilities. People with disabilities can NOT use their forms, which makes us lose out on business. So I have to use Calendly as they are the only ones who have a usable system.

In the short time that Book like A Boss has been a part of my life, I've been able to divide up my time as I see fit, at my clients' whim. They decide the day of the meeting online via a booking page that I've personalized myself. I never forget an appointment. I'm reminded before the date by email notifications. I really like that it looks like a landing page with some information about me, FAQs, testimonials and all products and services in the long version. I can limit the number of appointments per service or the number of persons who can book e.g. a training, which is really good.

It removed many barriers for clients, made the user experience smooth and simple, enabling them to manage things from their side. Also, being able to create buffers between bookable sessions has been life changing for me, creates a discipline that I would struggle with if booking clients in manually. This means that I am properly ready for each session, instead of bouncing from back to back bookings. I also like how you can set global calendar settings so you don't have to repeat this part of the process.

Love how easy it is to OK a session with either myself or my client deciding when to reschedule. I can resend a confirmation email to the client who says they didn't get it (probably in spam). My biggest need was to allow my clients to schedule different types of appointments with me. While there are multiple other booking tools that exist, this was the only that allows me to sync with all 6 of my email addresses for pulling my availability and to schedule to just the one that is relevant to this business. While that's why I had initially went with BLAB, their implementation of how good the booking pages look, embeds, reminders, custom fields, reschedule as top notch. And they keep coming up with new features that are actually useful. They have fantastic support, and a very active and helpful user community on Facebook. Great company and great product. I have also set up my wife when she started her Nutritionist business.

As my business started to grow and scale and my needs changed, I have noticed some missing features IE not being able to set a max amount of calls/appointments on my calendar on a daily basis across all of my products and there's not option for clients to update their payment info for payment plans, which means I have to manually do it. For me, BLAB still works, but I would like to see more of these options so I'm not manually having to be in the scheduling or backend part of my biz as much.

Book Like A Boss has been the only software I've used so far that I was able to easily customize not only the prices but the length of times that each service took for my clients and space out the appointment booking accordingly and automatically.

I love its versatility, professionalism (it can act as a website/booking page - you can create something as basic or intricate as you want), and the ease of creating Products and Services. I took part in the CloverConnect payment processor offer and now enjoy spending way less on fees. The FB group is a great resource and Support is fast and fantastic to work with.
