I like that different types of earnings are separated. Very easy to use once you get the hang of it > > **Cons**: I wish the website could calculate income if you enter it as a formula (similar to Excel where you can add a bunch of numbers together and once you press enter, the Sum is populated). But for someone who just started, or started within the last 3 years, it doesn't work unless you do NOT put a start date/hire date in the designated box. Often, based on the income type, an average over 2 or more years is needed, regardless of whether the borrower has been with the current employer all that time.
