There are some excellent integrations available. We have integrated with our website, Xero and MS Outlook and these work well. We are able to manage leads in a very structured manner and see all of the client's addresses on a map, which is very useful when planning site visits. We have had very close interactions with the Teamgate support team. They have been extremely supportive, not just from an onboarding point of view, but are genuinely interested in helping develop their product. Cannot recommend highly enough for a CRM system for small to medium businesses. Lastly, the software is excellent value for money and the functionality and support provided is not to be found anywhere else at this price point. > > **Cons**: The biggest downside to Teamgate initially was the lack of a mobile app, however we have been shown demo versions and cannot wait for it to be released in the next month or so.
