It suits users with no design background as well as large teams requiring brand governance. The software runs in a browser and supports mobile creation and editing. Instead of linear slides, Prezi uses a zooming canvas where content is organized into topics and subtopics that audiences can navigate interactively. Core features include AI-generated presentations from a text prompt or uploaded PDF, PPTX, or DOCX file, with automatic layout, font, and color selection. A chat-based tool lets users refine decks using plain language. Additional capabilities include live in-slide polls, audience quizzes generated from slide content, interactive charts and maps, viewer analytics showing time spent per frame, and a brand kit that applies logos, colors, and fonts across all slides. Enterprise teams can configure a custom brand AI designer. Presentations can be exported as PPTX, PDF, or a shareable web link. Support is available through a knowledge base, and dedicated EDU plans are offered for students and educators. The platform holds SOC 2 Type 2 certification. > > Verdict: Rated **4.6/5** by 2219 users. Most of this application i have ever like that and presentation has made by eg : power point and etc can be easily convert and move into this to develop and also the word and video in youtube / offline can be play through it. > > **Cons**: Customization of words patterns and colors are very limited only few colors and three or four styles are available for text > > Prezi is advance presentation application that will be more attractive and eye caching , that will be morely helpful for attract customers when the personation need to be present . Although its possible to provide gui understandable presentation though it ----- ### "Review of Prezi" — 4.0/5 > **Shukurath** | *28 December 2022* | Marketing & Advertising | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Pros**: One of the best aspects of prezi is that it enables me to create dynamic and quick presentations. Furthermore, the templates it provides are significantly more creative than those from its rivals, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint. > > **Cons**: One of the things I like least about Prezi is the fact that it does not have the same user interface as other presentation software. It takes some time to get used to the navigation and different features. Additionally, it can be difficult to make changes to existing presentations, as the workflow is quite different from other presentation software. > > My overall experience with Prezi has been great. I have found it to be very user-friendly and easy to learn. The tutorials and help features have been extremely helpful. I've found the ability to create custom presentations to be very helpful and the interface is quite intuitive. I also appreciate the wide range of templates and themes available to make creating a presentation easier. ----- ### "Prezi an attractive presentation software." — 4.0/5 > **Saranya** | *16 October 2019* | Computer Software | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: The animation styles are pretty much professional and attractive. The templates in almost all categories are available. > > **Cons**: Little bit difficult if there is no internet connection. Download is not available for only limited users. > > I felt that it is suitable for professional presentations. ----- ### "Are you struggling with PowerPoint?" — 5.0/5 > **Luke** | *30 July 2026* | Machinery | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Pros**: It is super interactive especially when starting with a model. There’s basically no learning curve which is awesome. > > **Cons**: Honestly, I’ve been using Prezi for a while now and haven’t gotten any negative feedback neither defect. ----- ### "Prezi is the modern Powerpoint" — 5.0/5 > **Faith** | *21 April 2022* | Internet | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I love how Prezi has incorporated a modern feel to the PowerPoint sphere. The software is convenient (there is a presentation app on your phones to help guide presenters through a presentation), templates are colorful and creative, and easy to use. I also love how the Prezi powerpoints is edited in real time. For instance, a user can create a Prezi and submit it as an assignment. However, they forgot to add or remove something but they've already sent the link in. If the user edits the Prezi after it's been submitted, one can click the link, and the changes made will be there. Compared to the standard PowerPoint and Google Slides where once you save and submit, you are stuck and you have to create a whole new presentation if you made a mistake. > > **Cons**: A feature I would like to see Prezi improve on is smartphone accessibility. In Today's time, smartphones are getting bigger and bigger. Cellular data (with the rise of 5G) is getting more reliable. A lot of people are using their smartphones to do homework and office work without it being cumbersome. It would be great if we could be able to create and edit our Prezis on our smartphones. It would also be great if there was an offline mode (for both smartphones and desktops/laptops) where one can type and save the text belonging to their presentations. This can help those who are students struggling with internet connectivity. ----- Page: 1 / 90\ Next: [Next page](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/150493/prezi-business?page=2) ## Links - [View on SoftwareAdvice](https://www.softwareadvice.ie/software/150493/prezi-business) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | en | | | en-AU | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | fr | | ----- ## Structured Data
