The visitor screening feature allows security and front-desk personnel to check in visitors, collect their information and store information in a database for future visits. Visitors can also be pre-approved, and the system generates alerts for users if information appears to be inaccurate. The occupy/vacate module keeps track of tenants and their tenancy documents. It helps users plan tenant moves into and out of spaces and establish evacuation plans. The key register feature keeps track of which keys have been issued to tenants and generates alerts for overdue keys. Monthly and yearly subscription pricing is available.
