SimplyBook.me is one of the world´s leading appointment scheduling solutions with tens of thousands of paying customers around the globe. SimplyBook.me offers a booking solution for smaller service based businesses as well as enterprises with many locations. SMBs get a beautiful customisable booking website or they can insert a booking widget to their website. We offer a full range of different booking website templates that you can choose from (see here: https://simplybook.me/en/booking-page-themes) and then you can customize each one so that it fits your brand colors as well as add images of your logo, service providers and company locations. What differentiates SimplyBook.me from other booking systems is that it is based on custom features. So you can pick the custom features that you would like to include in your booking system and then pay accordingly. Today we have over 60 custom features including features such as to accept payments, enable Intake forms, offer Instagram bookings, sell gift cards, offer loyalty points, implement waiting lists or more. The clients, the ones booking the service, will always get sent booking reminders either by email or sms, which will reduce no-shows. With the system, users can also connect with Facebook, Instagram or Google and thereby add a “Book Now” button there to allow clients to book an appointment from those channels. It is super easy to manage all bookings and clients. Users can download the admin app, and be notified every time a new booking comes in. You can see the calendar for the day, access clients and of course add, change or delete a booking if needed. By using SimplyBook.me you can also easily nurture the relationship with your clients. You will have a list of all clients who have booked your services and you can send them automatic book soon notifications, send them emails to let them know about your latest offerings or send them promotions and discounts f.x. when you are less busy. You can also offer your clients a branded client app to enable them to easily rebook your services and make you look super pro at the same time! SimplyBook.me also offers a specific enterprise solution to enable larger companies to easily manage all appointments within different locations.

Amazing software at an amazing price, FREE!

I don't use their booking page but I do embed the calendar into my website so everything stays on my site. I personally like how some other calendars look but overall, I can't complain. I was able to customize it to my liking and it sends austomatic email reminders to myself and the people who booked the time. It was very straightforward and it has been used and tested a lot lately and I am very impressed.

Pros

Being able to customize the product to match my branding was the biggest challenge while I was trying different online booking softwares. SimplyBook.me was the only one that allowed color customization on the free plan. So, I figured the rest would not be good. Boy, was I wrong! This software has gone above and beyond what I expected for a free online booking calendar.

Cons

The only thing that I am not 100% satisfied with is the look. If I could change the layout of the calendar that would be amazing but for the price, I can't compain and everything works as it is supposed to or better than I expected which is wonderful!

I was paying monthly for something that I wasn't really utalizing and I wanted to find a cheaper option. I am still trying to grow my business, so I don't have too many online bookings yet, so I felt like I was just trowing away money each month. I liked the look and functionality of YouCanBook.me better however, I love the customization and price of SimplyBook.me and that is why I made the switch.

The BEST booking system out there. Please keep updating & improving this epic/pioneering...

App = incredibly good. iFrame embeds a bit sketchy looking! Wish there was a way for employees to simply update/add to their schedules directly within our website or an app (not simply a homepage shortcut to a website that poses as an app).

Pros

Incredible tool. So many features. Build epic booking systems.

Cons

It seems to be something that they do not actively work on, which seems crazy to me. Customer support ([SENSITIVE CONTENT]!) is dire. She sits on her little throne of customer support power/possession and then acts as a mindless, droning, and passive-aggressive gatekeeper for SimplyBook. It makes working with the company a chore, and I would seriously not want to pay money every month with her as our Account Manager. She makes the process of this (incredible!) application, seem hopeless, limited, and dire. You need your first point of contact to laude the company, and care about it deeply! To inspire its customers, and to show them how much of an incredible booking system can be built with SimplyBook.

Fantastic UI and endless potential with all of the addons. The perfect options for entrepreneurs and business owners looking to "build" a booking system for their business, that suits them and their specific business model. They are endless ways to build a business model that works using their system. PLEASE keep updating, and marketing your product. It is amazing, and far far better than Calendly/Setmore/Acuity and all the big boys, who have absolutely no potential, and incredibly limited coding for serious businesses and booking systems. SimplyBook has it all worked out when it comes to Team Members Scheduling (although this could be better with a simple frontend panel), Classes, Recurring Meetings, Timeslot booking simplicity, Coupons, etc.!

Very confusing but amazing customer service

Its a great tool, so easy for the client side but for the business owner, aye!

Pros

Love the ease for our clients to book and it has a built in website. It integrates with square and very affordable. The websites are beautiful not very customizable but you can manage.

Cons

Very confusing! Because majority of the major features that anyone would need counts as custom feature, its so difficult to find what you need. There are settings under Welcome, Manage, Custom features, and settings. Honestly, been using this site for 6months or more and still don't know where all settings and features are, so just click click click away til you find it. Sometimes, you would have to look deeper. Example, for time schedules. OMG, ,good luck! Good thing is c\they have the best customer service on chat 24/7 so you would just have to chat with them and they'll give you a link. God bless them! Another con would be the reports! REPORTS is key guys! Reports are our roadmap! Can we get a report for all the deposits? or just add deposit column to the booking details. Lastly, marketing, you're limited if you want to get on Google's 1st page without ads.

Rental user

I uses it for more than two years. At least, i got too much items for rental, the Software isnt built for rental Business. I got to pay too much for more options.
But for the beginning it was good. But need some better Features for documents.

Pros

Nice Design, easy to use, fast Server, own homepage

Cons

Too expencive when you need more Features, every Feature costs money, Not perfect for rental Business
