From templates, video instruction, documentation to friendly and helpful onboarding assistance from real people, MRPeasy helps you get things right the first time. The fact that it integrates with QBO and other accounting packages is a huge plus. There are a few interface quirks that can be annoying: Can't re-schedule an MO from the MO itself - need to move them around in the calendar view; CRM module is awkward, and not really of much use unless you plan to use it as your primary CRM. As a small business you don't always have time to record everything into the software. This effects summary reporting. If we ship out an order on the 29th, but it doesn't get record until the 2nd. You can't make it appear in certain reports for the correct month. Multiple steps to workflows can be cumbersome. The software seems designed for a team of people. A sales person putting in a SO, another putting in request for shipment and someone in the warehouse pulling and releasing the order. We are a smaller company that primarily uses MRPeasy for cost tracking across complex manufactured products.
