The ability to work with multiple processes in different stages and related multiple items. MRPeasy is user friendly and came out top when we tested compared to other software programs for ease of use.

We process products which go through multiple stages of production. Although MRPeasy can do this well, we have to copy the data regularly which can be a little labourious. Packaging is a great function but it is not perfect yet for the way we package and supply finished goods.

Back then, the most important feature was the multilayer BOM. Most competitors were only able to go 1 level deep. Or otherwise the costs would go up significantly. Also for us MRP easy became essential for stock management, purchasing, supplier management. The interface is also very intuitive compared to other softwares

During procurement, you have to send a mail, this process can be improved. It opens directly to your mail account, but only a link to the PDF document. I want to attach the PDF. It takes the general contact information, instead of the responsible person of the company. Next to this it messes up the layout of the mail message.

We use MRPeasy to keep track of vendors, parts, and to create quotes for customer orders. The user interface is simple, clean, fairly intuitive and easily searchable. We found creating bills of material, routings, and job invoices to be quick and painless. We also appreciate that as we grow as a manufacturer, more functions are available to add-on, making this a friendly software to get started with that grows with you.

Nothing major stands out except that it is a little unsettling to spend so much time entering data in a system that is a monthly subscription. But this is the way everything is going these days. One simple change we would love to see would be the ability to select multiple line items in an order and to be able to edit them as a batch.

From the free trial, to implementation and now daily use, the whole process has been incredibly smooth to transition into. From having no prior knowledge in MRP software, it has been easy to self educate ourselves on the system using the many demo data videos supplied on YouTube, breaking each process down into manageable chunks. From our previous process of spreadsheets and email orders, the automated system now, once populated correctly, is as simple as inputting customer orders and letting MRPeasy create all PO's and MO's from a click of button. Really useful piece of Software that provides a wealth of data and has increased overall efficiency in all areas of the business.

Some wording may differ from what you might be used to, which can be confusing at times but once you familarise yourself with the terminology, it really is a minor issue.

The software is easy to pick up and run with. As a contracted product Development Manager I have set it up for many clients who continue to use it. Training is easy too. The system is smooth and intuitive and literally guides you to the correct sections as you progress. They didn't miss a trick.

Cons

The trial does not allow you to back up for more than 30 days. As it takes 12 to 18 months to launch a product you can get bribed into paying a monthly premium as a contractor to keep the main purpose of the software in order during that time. Others allow you to trial backup then when you are ready upload your backup and hit the ground running saving money and time. MRP Easy however does not!

It's ease of use and friendly interface makes it easy to train and quick to migrate to. We have had very little to no resistance from personnel when migrating them to use the system.

As we were implementing MRPeasy it helped draw attention to areas of our business that could be better streamlined. We made several changes that helped us maximise our use of MRPeasy and also provide our customers with product selection that more cleverly customised to their needs which in turn improved our sales.

We struggled the most with how to integrate MRPeasy with our accounting system, Xero, but would recommend getting assistance from an experienced accountant. We wished that we could also have the option to feed "virtual stock" numbers to our shopify store. We make up items when we receive an order as different parts can be used to manufacture several different final products but we don't always carry stock to make every single option we offer.

This cloud-based data management system really covers all the inventory. purchasing, and invoicing needs for our small manufacturing business. The nested framework of items and assemblies are very logical, and the customer management (quotes, invoicing, etc.) has been invaluable. I am able to get through the whole process from quoting to delivery without forgetting steps (like ordering a crucial part). The tutorials and online manual are very helpful, and customer support is quick to get back when there is a question.

The logic for some of the calculations are not intuitive, and not always clear from the instructions. I figured out many of the functions by careful trial and error, but this could be because I don't have a business background and lack the terminology. The report layouts are a bit constrained if I need to add extra information.

A complete MRP processing platform that can be adapted to any type of business, and that can be very customised to all our specific needs, with a very powerful and user-friendly frontend view.

We can run our entire Cosmetic production business for our brand and for our third-party customers from this application, at the exception of "formula" specific work (which is run by a specific professional cosmetic app). We can run from purchase order to CRM to Manufacturing Order and Plannification within one single app, and this is very powerful.

The speed and reactivity of the SaaS platform is also great, which makes it very pleasant to use. It also let us being fully GMP compliant thanks to the traceability function which is critical for Cosmetics Manufacturing.

Sometimes, some operations are quite repetitive like adding a file to many different items: manufacturing order, item with batch produced, inspection, ... But it's manageable.
It also lacks a bit of ready made integration, like direct integration with several apps we'd like to use, or through connector.

We only use a small fraction of its features. I like that we can use it with the very simple workflow we have now, and activate or start using more features as we grow.

Cons

Write offs - you can only write off one item type at a time using the normal web interface. We have some parts that get scrapped during production, and when we write them off it would be useful to enter them as a list rather than one by one. You can upload a CSV to do this but it’s not as user friendly.

One of the only MRP systems that fits our needs. We are a small manufacturer that sells wholesale to our dealers, and keeping track of our inventory and forecasting future manufacturing needs and purchasing requirements are key. MRPEasy has allowed us to meet both of those goals.

Also, there customer support and success operations are very responsive and top notch!

While it is good at the order processing function, there are some tweaks that could be made for those of us that drop ship to our dealer's customers. No deal breakers though - this is an excellent product.

I've found that MRPEasy offers a wide range of functionalities that meet my various needs. The customer support team has been quick to respond and effective in resolving my issues whenever I've needed assistance. Additionally, I appreciate that MRPEasy provides a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality.

However, I find the interface unintuitive (really bad UX, like an app developed 15 years ago), making the app frustrating to use. For example, actions that should take one click often require three, which slows us down. At times, the technical support hasn't been as helpful as I'd hoped, leaving some of my problems unresolved. There aren't enough integrations, and it makes it challenging for me to connect and extend the app’s features. Moreover, basic integrations, like with Google Drive, are limited and don't allow me to select specific save folders, which reduces flexibility and efficiency for our workflow.

We never have any problems with data it works brilliantly. Just can't fault it, even the instructions, help and tutorial videos are brilliant.

In an ideal world the CRM would be better and able to import contacts easier. Though the link with pipe drive is intriguing, I need to see how seamless this is so we can manage CRM and MRP all under one roof.
Being able to pull more information from the customer order through to the delivery note would remove an operation from my day, similarly from a customer order through to the batch label.

MRPeasy has facilitated our inventory control, so we have more visibility on the items that are critical on hand and allows us to take preventive measurements if the component is in backorder. I spent much less time doing inventory and actually looking for ways to improve the workflow as our company grows bigger.

It requires some time to get used to the correct paths to delete or add some components but once the user is familiar with the platform, it becomes a useful tool. Additionally, It would be helpful upon the creation of the manufacturing order to add other BOMs to the same MO, instead of creating a new BOM that includes multiple BOMs.

It was corrected.- The data is not automatically updated everywhere. The biggest disadvantage !!! If I start to change data manually in a manufacturing order, they are not automatically updated in this order. If you make one change in the figures manually, you will have to check all the figures manually to make sure that everything corresponds.- The support team offers only solutions to standard problems. If you ask a non-standard question, they will offer you solutions that are already written in their instructions, but it is usually not suitable. They always respond quickly

We are a flooring manufacturer and this program gives me a good picture of what's happening each day. It also really helps me keep up with raw and finished inventory. Each of my employees has access to it which allows them to keep each project updated as it moves through the shop. It's been a game-changer for us. It frees me up from micro-managing each employee and gives the employees a view of the big picture. They have enjoyed that.

The reporting features are a little confusing to figure out. We are still learning the program so haven't ran into a lot of features we would like to add.

For us it was super easy to implement. Our previous stock and orders management system was Excel so all data was available in importable tables.
