Maybe more that needs to be billed out and may already been worked on. A little more automation on payments to client and to us as well. Where if a payment is made or received. An automated form can be sent from client to us and when we receive payment a paid invoice or email can be sent to client thank you for the payment that was received so there is an automatic footprint in Smokeball so there is no need to confirm or remind ourselves to go look in SB. All of our firm's contacts are stored in one place, making everyone's address book on point for everyone to contact anyone, even if someone else added the contact I can still find it.
