I realize that that rep may not be available every time, but with most of my issues I can wait until that rep is available or it is ok to use a different rep when my normal rep is not available if I need immediate assistance, I found that all the reps are knowledgeable and good. The geofence used to prevent employees from clocking in or out from outside of the work site is effective. > > **Cons**: Out implementation manager was grossly incompetent. The errors he made caused out rollout to be a disaster that it took us months to recover from. To date, TCP has not done anything to make us whole after this disaster other than apologize for all the errors that were made. It would have been appropriate for them to provide us a refund of all implementation fees and reimburse the cost of the first six months of service, but this was never even discussed as a possibility. > > The program seems to be fine. It's relatively user friendly. The support team is responsive. However, they are very limited in what they can do. (They do not have access to your system) so when a fix is needed, they can provide direction, but you have to do it yourself. Customer service is top notch and they are very quick to answer questions and help with issues that arise. I would highly recommend this system to anyone who is contemplating switching their clock system. It is the best I've seen and I love using it. > > **Cons**: I wish that when upgrades happened to the system, there was better communication on what changes will be made. A lot of times the updates that occur mess with our custom system set up and cause issues how we run things without us knowing why it happened. Last, when we set up the system in our price, we were promised training videos for us to use with training our staff. What we got was a live recorded video from Teams that was unedited and not well put together. We ended up creating our own manual for the system for our staff as well as more professional videos ourselves. Felt that was not a good value for what we received in the price. > > Overall we love this system.
