About Trello

Trello is a visual collaboration tool for planning tasks and projects. While commonly used by agile software development teams, the solution is also used in other departments such as marketing, sales, support and HR. The web-based solution provides tools to define projects, their requirements and the workflow to ensure projects are completed in a planned sequential manner. Trello offers a digital board to create, organize and prioritize actions. Administrators or managers can even define workflows, assign tasks to individuals or teams, set deadlines and monitor progress. Trello cards allow users to collaborate with each other. Users can add comments, add members, and attach documents to the tasks assigned to them. Trello offers a professional package that includes the privacy and administrative settings required by large enterprises. Trello integrates with a number of online applications including JIRA Cloud, Bitbucket Cloud, Google Drive, GitHub and Slack.

Trello - Productivity tool

With trello I can organize all my tasks and projects through boards that are fully customizable, I can put any image in the background, I can divide the boards into 3 parts so that they reflect the tasks, what is in process and what is already done, With the cards I can prioritize the tasks that I have to do first. I like the mobile version, it's easy to use and I can drag and drop a task quickly.

Pros

I started using Trello for personal things and then I started using it with my work team. I can say that it is a tool that helps a lot with productivity, to work collaboratively with my company's work team as it helps manage and manage projects. and organize the workfow, pending tasks and meet the objectives either by week or by month, I like that I can automatically log in with a Gmail account which makes it more practical.

Cons

Although the interface is practical, it needs a better design and colors, it lacks predefined boards that help make the user experience more practical, the archiving or moving lists part is a little confusing for people who are using it for the first time, it lacks of an option to delete lists, which would make it more practical.

Trello - Simple and high-quality project management

I organize my entire project management with Trello. Both my business and private projects. I initially switched from Trello to other apps because I felt I needed more features, but over time I found that simplicity is Trello's strength.

Pros

The simple application, the clear user interface, the fair price.

Cons

There could be a few more features included, but that's not really a downside.

Easy to get up & running

Pros

It's fairly intuitive. You won't need much training to get going.

Cons

It's a more limited project planning software than others I've used.

Task Management Made Robust Yet Simple.

Pros

Trello is a great task management system that has a beneficial spin as a collaborative roadmap for teams to gain organizational success. I find it very simple and easy to navigate with a few minor flaws with integrations and greater customization.

Cons

There is nothing that I liked least about Trello

Easy & effective

Really useful in general for visually seeing what exactly needs to be done, and how far I've gotten so far.

Pros

It incorporates different organisational features into one application, such as calendars and a table of what needs to be done. It's simple to use, and it's effective in preventing procrastination by showing what needs to be done in a way which doesn't feel overwhelming.

Cons

It may be simpler (and possibly cheaper) for some people to simply create a table in a Google Doc rather than this.
