We have also found the Take Control and background tools easier to work with and have a lot more options compared to our previous RMM. Monitoring, alerting and patching are very robust and including third-party patches ensures our client's workstations are kept up to date. > > **Cons**: The reporting could use some work, but we still get good information from the reports. Not being able to view the Microsoft Event Viewer as a background tool is a little disappointing, this would help in proactively troubleshooting system alerts. > > Overall experience has been great and customer support has gone above and beyond to help us.
