Have been using it for both personal & client projects :)✨

Great Concept, but Support Could Be Stronger
Zapier has a great concept and offers a lot of potential for streamlining workflows and automating tasks. While the platform’s idea is impressive and promising, my experience has been somewhat mixed due to the limited support options available for paying subscribers. With more direct customer support, Zapier could become an even more valuable tool for users looking to simplify their processes
Pros
•The concept of automation and integration between apps is incredibly appealing.
•Zapier simplifies workflows by reducing repetitive tasks, which sounded like a game-changer.
•The platform’s promise of streamlining processes and improving efficiency is impressive.
Cons
•When trying to create Zaps, I found the support process disappointing.
•Instead of direct assistance, I was directed to community chat groups, which felt inadequate for a paid subscription service.
•The lack of hands-on support made troubleshooting more time-consuming than expected.

Easy automations save so much time
I've been able to hook up data systems and apps that end up saving me time in the longrun. Without Zapier, I would have to spend multiple hours on Quickbooks, but now I only need a few minutes.
Pros
It's incredibly easy and quick to create automations and save myself time with Zapier. Whenever we have tools that can communicate with each other, I try to set it up through Zapier as opposed to another program simply to avoid coding. Troubleshooting is super easy as well where you can fix the automation you made and then re-run the issue.
Cons
The test data feature can be annoying. Zapier doesn't have an easy way to send a specific piece of data through an automation for testing, rather, you're required to import whatever the app provides which can sometimes be old data or unusable for what you're doing.
The task automation quotas can also become tight, as each individual task pulls from a monthly usage.

Excellent tool to integrate applications without technical knowledge
I am a web designer and sometimes I need to integrate localized forms into my website, so that they can be integrated with other tools such as CRM, Google Sheets, etc.
For example, on one of my websites, it was easy for me to integrate a form created in Gravity Forms with the Odoo CRM.
Pros
What I like most about Zapier is the number of apps we can integrate without having any programming knowledge.
I've had very specific projects where I have to integrate two or more apps and when I look in Zapier, they already have a way to integrate them, this saves me from having to pay someone to do the integration for me.
Cons
I would say the prices are a bit high, also, the first time I used it, I had a hard time understanding how it works.

Fantastic tool for connecting all your services and setting up custom workflows
Overall it's been great using Zapier. It's a hard job getting so many services connected with each other and they are best in the field. The UI isn't always great but it's constantly improving. In the end, this it's something you mostly setup and then it runs behind the scenes. I don't need to interact with the app on a daily basis.
Pros
It lets me connect so many apps with each other. Lots of flexibility and customizations.
Cons
It can easily get complicated, and you need to have a bit of technical expertise to fully understand how to get it to do what you want.

I manage to automate my work time.
Jumping from platform to platform to be able to carry out certain tasks such as importing and exporting data between them, performing automations with Zapier is vital for my day to day since in a simple panel and with the platforms correctly connected I can optimize my workflow. This tool saves time within my company on jobs that would take a long time to complete, with the simple fact of already programming a task that connects different actions from different platforms with just a few clicks a series of actions are already triggered, saving me a lot of time in the process. This platform is essential within my company because it has native integration with practically any platform that is currently used in the work world and in case a complete integration is not available, they can be created manually, although it will cost a little effort but it is worth it.
Pros
This tool makes it easier for me to optimize my workflow since I can connect multiple tools from different platforms in a very simple way since Zapier has a complete and native integration of a variety of platforms. It also has an advanced way of optimizing integrations since it has a developer mode in which through code I can be more specific with the tasks I want to automate, so the possibilities are endless since you can configure the actions to my liking.
I can create automations both by data entry as well as by a scheduled date and time that are executed at the time I want, with this I make sure that everything is done correctly, thus being able to have more control over what I want to automate.
I receive updates on the execution process or when a Zap has already been completed, and if something fails in the automation I am also notified. All of this can be customized, thus being able to choose which notifications I want Zapier to send me and how I want it to send me the notifications.
Cons
The integration is a bit complicated at first, because it requires going through the steep learning curve that Zapier has, since without the proper knowledge, a bad optimization can be created when creating the automatic tasks that involve doing a series of steps between different connected platforms.
I consider that the cost is a bit higher than normal, this leads to having to make a summary of the zaps to be created in order not to overload the system and waste unnecessary money for each task created.
Some integrations with certain platforms lack functionalities unlike directly connecting the other platforms to each other. This leads to frustration because I use Zapier to create an optimization which sometimes requires me to take extra steps when I do not have a certain functionality that is not directly integrated into Zapier.

Overall, my experience with Zapier has been very positive. It meets my expectations by allowing me to automate many processes without needing to code. It integrates well with the apps I use, and it's easy to set up and manage workflows.
Pros
What I liked most about Zapier is its ease of use and how it simplifies automating tasks. It's user-friendly and saves me a lot of time by connecting different apps effortlessly.
Cons

Help your data end up where it needs to go
I was able to observe someone's Zap, which gave a pretty decent picture of how things are setup. I setup a new one from scratch for a new software integration, and after some experimentation was able to get it working well. This experience was enough that later on I was able to further improve both the new zap and my existing zaps to save time and manage our workflow more efficiently.
Pros
Zapier is free for a certain volume of tasks each month, after which you can pay to increase capacity. The free amount is still substantial enough for a lot of basic data importing/exporting from different sources. If you are using it to bring things into a single database from various programs/sources, you can configure conditions and have the data reformatted to fit what it needs to look like.
Cons
It can take some getting used to, the basic setup may be daunting at first. Once you figure it out things are great, but it may take some searching or experimentation to find the data you're looking for or get the correct process going.

Zapier--The powerful and flexible automation tool
Overall, my experience with Zapier has been very positive. It has allowed me to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up time for more strategic activities. The “Zaps” are reliable, and Zapier provides clear documentation to troubleshoot errors or build more complex workflows. All in all, it's an excellent tool for anyone looking to automate tasks without needing custom development.
Pros

What I liked most is the user-friendly interface that makes creating “Zaps” (automated workflows) intuitive and quick. It offers a wide range of integrations with popular apps, enabling nearly any automation you can think of. For example, automatically sending data from Google Sheets to Slack saves a lot of time.
Cons

Great tool for automating across marketing stack
Zapier has been an incredibly valuable tool for us, constantly innovating and offering an impressive breadth of integrations that have transformed how we work. It’s easy to learn and use, making it accessible to the whole team, and it’s helped us create significant cost and resource efficiencies across our marketing and customer service operations. The no-code/low-code approach is brilliant for setting up automations quickly, but it does have its limitations when it comes to handling more complex workflows. Pricing can also be a challenge, as costs can add up quickly when you’re running multiple Zaps at scale. That said, Zapier remains an essential part of our toolkit, offering super convenience and functionality for streamlining our processes.
Pros
Constantly innovating. Easy to learn. The breadth of tools that can be connected is amazing. We've created cost & resource efficiencies across the full marketing & customer service stack
Cons

overall it's pretty good and I continue to pay about $100/mo for the service.
Pros
Zapier is a great idea. I love that you can sync any app. It's also the most popuplar platform of it's kind so it has the most number of apps integrated into it's ecosystem.
Cons
Zaps always break or appear to be broken. For example, I have an zap that's been running for months and I get a daily notification of a possible error. When I log in, it appears to be working fine. Zapier streamlines my work
Overall, Zapier has been a solid tool for streamlining my workflow. It's not perfect, but it definitely makes my work life easier. The time I've saved is worth the investment, and I appreciate how it helps me focus on more important aspects of my business instead of getting stuck in manual data entry. Has given me back so much time spent on PM!!!
Zapier has helped me sort and systemize data, increase efficiency of workflows, and given me so much time back! I love Zapier and it's great for when you need multiple softwares to work together that do not already have custom integrations!
One of my greatest projects I used Zapier for was automating a room rental booking process!
Pros

It's easy to use and has great customer support!
Cons
It takes time to learn how Zapier works (tips and ways to use more efficiently) so it's hard to learn by trial and error. If you take some time to watch a few tutorials/read a few articles and learn how to use the platform, you will be able to use it much more efficiently!

Running a marketing agency, the leads we generate through the ads are one of the most important aspects of business. Zapier helped seamlessly manage the leads in a timely fashion. It also permitted me to deliver the same results using a smaller team by optimizing the workflow.
Pros
The seamless integration between different platforms was by far the most important feature. Instead of hiring an employee to manually manage the leads throughout our marketing campaigns, I was able to automate the process saving time and capital.
Cons
For certain Zaps, after they were created and initiated, it was hard to edit them. I had to recreate the entire instance. Also, the price increases tremendously the more zaps you use.

Become an automation superhero
Pros
The absolute ease of automation and integration with no coding experience required. Zapier makes me look like an automation genius
Cons
Not exactly a "con" but my advice would be to monitor zap usage.
You do not want to subscribe to a plan with too many or too few zaps.
Although unrun zaps can be processed afterwards so no data is lost!

A powerhouse software. Worth the price
Zapier is a huge part of my business. To be honest, I wouldn’t know what to do without it. I have used zapier to move clients information to my email platform, bring in facebook ad leads to my platform and to my email platform and send me emails when it completes a zap. I love zapier and will continue to use it for years to come.
Pros
-Connects with lots of different softwares and allows me to seamlessly bring data between different platforms
-Can send me an email when the zap is complete
-Let’s me know if there is an error in the process
Cons
I honestly have none. I have liked everything with zapier.

Market Leader Automatization Tool
Pros
It feels that new native integrations are always being introduced to Zapier and some tools that had to be manually managed are now there from the start.
We used Zapier on some of our trickiest integrations where other tools as Integromat were not covering us enough.
Cons
The pricing model is quite expensive and limiting, we have very few users with high capacity requirement, often we ended up paying extra.
