I like being able to take pictures of invoices and attach them to our service records with my phone and then edit in detail using the desktop version of the program. > > **Cons**: If i had to make one suggestion it would be to have the ability to create reminders for repairs prior to the mileage entered. I did talk with Autosist and they suggested changing the mileage to compensate for a early reminder. Every date is usually today or in the future which requires scrolling rather than a quick click. > > As the new Transportation Coordinator here at ETS, I am also in charge of managing our fleet of 30 trucks and trailers. Several require DOT inspections and all require service. I researched several programs and found Autosist to be easy to use and most of what I needed. I would love to have our DOT inspection form in your templates. I tried modifying an existing template but could not make it work.
