When you're coordinating a tech event, load-in day is pure chaos — AV teams, vendors, venue staff all doing their thing at once — and having everything logged in one place with photos and timestamps meant nothing slipped through. I didn't have to be the middleman for every problem, I could just assign it to the right person and actually see when it got resolved. > > **Cons**: Honestly the learning curve at the start was a bit much — not everyone on the team is super tech-savvy, and getting everyone onboarded and actually using it consistently took more time than I expected. For fast-paced event environments where you're onboarding new crew for every event, that's a real friction point.
