> **Pros**: The email feature was very helpful,  It is nice to be able to email users from the ticket.

> **Cons**: There were too many selection in this product to choose from and became very hard to use.

> Basically the user would put in a ticket describing their issue,  the bad thing was if the users did not describe the issue correctly it was an issue of trying to figure out what they were wanting.
