I love how the shortcuts makes charting (auto fill, previous exam notes) efficient. The tabs for different part of the exam is organized and grouped well. > > **Cons**: They do not have a way for me to print out a comprehensive exam summary. I currently have to manually print out each tab which is time consuming or I just write it out manually. > > I do like the organization and the fill in the box method of charting. If the codes are in the wrong order, you have to arrow up or down. . .very time consuming. . .the old way you could remove diagnosis codes by holding down shift, then selecting all of the codes not needed \& delete them. None of this arrow, arrow, arrow stuff, then save. . .before they auto-saved. Very time consuming for a Biller. > > For the most part, it works, but there are facets that are not reasonable for even a small clinic. Documentation is tedious, in order to add components you need for a Patient chart, you have to utilize what is in the system \& make do. For Example: Pharmacy - we need the preferred pharmacy for each Patient. We had to utilize "other referral" to enter it. On our Intake forms, we had to basically recreate the form to add the needed information when updating a Patient's chart each visit. Your tech team is very good - they know Crystal very well, what it will do, what it won't do, so that saves time. They are willing to assist with work-arounds and showing me how to find what I am looking for. I appreciate their help as we rely on them regularly. Please provide them huge kudos\!
