Teams using iCompass can automatically create minutes, save and post video recordings within the system, manage all meeting information via the Records Center, grant citizens and staff with role-based access to reports, recordings and agendas, streamlining workflows across meeting sequences. iCompass comes with a drag-and-drop interface to send agenda packets to concerned parties and create minutes using predefined templates. Council members can submit their votes on various motions using mobile devices and display results in real-time across council chambers. 


iCompass offers mobile applications for iOS devices, allowing users to remotely manage business activities. Support is extended via phone, email and an online inquiry form.
