Love this for my small business!

ring central is the best online call center
I use ring central for almost 3 years, with their virtual fax and the 1-800 number I have. They are never down and I never have to deal with any uses what so ever!

Pros
The User interface is very intuitive. They are always adding new features. Being able to efficiently manage your entire phone system from a few clicks.
Cons
Getting use to the product and how to manage the features. It was my first time setting up a phone system so it's hard for me to say.

I have to use it with a consultant.
Pros
Shared screen meetings with a consultant are what we use RingCentral Office for. I do not care for it compared to other options online (Slack or Hangouts for instance). It accomplishes what it set out to do, but my preferences and loyalty lies elsewhere.
Cons
Most all of it. It's aesthetically unappealing. Seems like an outdated software compared to the other options out there.

Search needs to be improved
Pros
Easy tree organization of all the topics. Reference numbers for the articles, once you have found the information.
Cons
The key word search does not show all the articles with the search word. It shows the oldest article instead of the latest information.

Best web meeting tool
Pros
Our software vendor used to setup rig central calls and we were able to communicate easily despite they being in US without any issues. The interface was nice an pleasing too.
Cons
Nothing as never used it as a meeting organizer, however i assume it should be great and simple to setup.

Good service app
Ring was pretty simple and easy to use. We continue to use this.
Pros
While during these crazy time, Ring made it possible to still have meetings. It was easy to connect and listen in on meetings.
Cons
Could be faster and user friendly for all. Had to re download a few times. But overall easy to get use to.

RingCentral is a straightforward easy to use collaboration package
Simple, straightforward and great quality!
Pros
We primarily use RingCentral for dialing into video conferences, and from a participant standpoint, it is easy to install, setup and use. The call quality is top notch and there was no quality drops during our calls.
Cons
It could use a bit more in terms of collaboration features. It is on par with Skype for Business in terms of features and adding a few more features would improve the sell-ability of the product.

Me encanto su app movil porque permite laborar de forma remota sin necesidad de tener un plan de minutos con el operador que utilizo.
