The support team’s responses have been slow and ineffective, repeatedly asking for screen recordings and technical details without addressing the root cause. Suggestions to try non-Edu plans or use incognito mode were irrelevant to my specific issue. As of October 28th, the problem remains unresolved. This has not only wasted my time but also disrupted my workflow and productivity.
