The Excel foundation has been a major advantage for us. Rather than forcing significant change management, we enhanced an environment the business already understands, adding automation, control, and governance. From an efficiency perspective alone, we’ve saved at least multiple days of rework per month, realistically close to one FTE’s worth of effort in a business of our size. But the bigger impact isn’t just time saved, it’s accuracy and insight. Having connected, structured data in one place has allowed us to generate insights we simply couldn’t before. Most importantly, it has accelerated the maturity of the business. Instead of spending weeks pulling together one-off reports, we now have readily available, consistent performance data driving conversations in real time.
