We are able to send requests without ever logging out of our database, and usually get responses very quickly. Additionally, when there has been the rare issue that required a call to tech support, their customer service was exceptional, giving knowledgeable answers in a timely fashion. > > **Cons**: The only issue I can see to this software is that the integration doesn't allow for the reports to populate into our database.
