I love Google Forms! It's a fun way to survey your employees/co-workers, make trivia type games for friends or family, or even take a poll from your consumer base. Very easy to navigate.

Excellent form creation!
I've been using Google Forms from my college days up until now. It's super easy to work out as it's made very easy. You can manage individual responses, which is easy when working on specific areas of a project and if you needed to see answers as a whole, it's just as simple! The settings make it easy to ensure nothing is adjusted once a form is sent out too which is very important for the projects i pursue. I can't recommend it enough and will continue to advocate for it.
Pros
It's very easy to use and similar to other paid alternatives. I utilise this web app to get customer feedback on projects as it's easy to manage the responses and easy to setup initially. My favourite area is the settings as you can set defaults for questions and adjust the style of the form.
Cons
There's not much to complain about, it's free to use and very easy to manage.

Efficient Data Collection and Analysis
My overall experience with Google Forms has been overwhelmingly positive. It's an incredibly versatile tool that I've used for a variety of purposes, from creating surveys and quizzes to collecting data and organizing events. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to create and customize forms quickly, even for someone with minimal technical expertise like myself. I appreciate the flexibility of being able to choose from various question types, themes, and layouts, which allows me to tailor forms to suit specific needs and preferences. The seamless integration with other Google Workspace tools like Sheets and Drive has been invaluable for streamlining data management and analysis. Overall, Google Forms has been a reliable and efficient solution for gathering information, collaborating with others, and making informed decisions.
Pros
What I like most about Google Forms is how easy it is to use. The tool is incredibly intuitive, which makes it easier for both those creating and responding to forms. Furthermore, the possibility of preparing questions in different formats is very useful. From multiple-choice questions to open-ended questions and rating scales, Google Forms offers a variety of options to suit the specific needs of any survey or form.
Cons
I am very satisfied with this tool; I honestly can't think of anything I don't like or wish was different. If I had to make a suggestion, perhaps it would be to include an option to add images or choose a background color on forms. This could add an extra touch of personalization and creativity.

Pros

Quick and simple informal survey tool
Very happy with what I use it for, it is quick and simple for informal internal surveys among a small team. Would not recommend it for very formal processes though, as some of the data analysis tools are lacking.
Pros
Google forms are quite simple, which depending on use-case is a good thing! I primarily use Google forms for getting quick feedback or ideas from small-medium teams. There are enough question 'types' available to make the forms versatile and applicable to different situations, and the resulting reports/data are easily analysed and turned into graphs and visualizations.
Cons
Ironically, the same point as the pros: google forms are very simple. If you need to deep dive into the results and want to be able to correlate certain pieces of data to come out of the survey, this is either impossible, or takes a lot of manual work.

Great for Simple Surveys
For simple projects, it’s quick and easy and gets the job done. But it is only for simple surveys and questions.
Pros
The ease and freedom this provides has made it a tool I use often. For group sign ups and simple information gathering. It’s easy to set up and collate the information.
Cons
There is a limit to what you can do with this program. If you are looking for a specific kind of survey of a way to really customize how it works, you will need a different option. Same with how it gathers information. This doesn’t have the features that other programs bring.

Google forms Review - Benefits & Limitations
I admire the fact that I can customize my questions and have multiple team members collect data real-time but I think it will be more efficient being able to deploy forms remotely - especially to areas with limited internet connectivity. Its templates come in handy in gathering feedback and rolling out internal surveys.
Pros
One feature I like most about using google forms is its seamless integration with Google Workspace and apps such as the google drive, calendar and sheets. This helps me stay organized!
Cons
When rolling out large marketing surveys, I find using google forms limiting. For instance it currently lacks advanced options like in-depth branching logic, which in most cases I need for complex client and project surveys. Unlike other products such as ODK and Kobo survey tools, google forms is heavily dependent on internet access, making it difficult to deploy field surveys - which I need most times for field assignments. Think again if you need this tool for offline data collection!

Pros

Google Forms is flawed but free and easy to use
We use Google Forms because it is included with our Google workstation package. We needed forms for employees to fill out in a variety of situations. Forms are easy and quick to make and edit, and easy for employees to find quickly and easily. I like being able to export responses to a spreadsheet which I can customize for the information I want to show. I do have frustrations with the limitation of the application, however. It should be much easier to attach a signature. There should be ways to condense the form so it takes up less space on the page; it is just too difficult to contain a lot of information per page. Even simple questions, like name, take up a huge amount of space. Also, there should be more options for different options for editing after submission.

Cons

Google Forms-Basic & Needs to be Better
For me, Google Forms seems to be a tool that was put together for basic usage and left alone. Other forms that you have to pay for have an easier interface and allows for more integration with other tools.
Pros
Google forms is great for a burgeoning business or for someone without much knowledge of basic design. You can use it quickly and without any additional cost. It is seamless with other Google Workplace tools.
Cons
Google Forms are much too basic for businesses that require software integration. To actually use for specific use cases can prove difficult or impossible. Also, there are no visual aides that I could find they offer. It is more difficult to share than it needs to be, too.

Excellent experience overall using Google Forms. I feel more proficient in my work and like I can get more done in a shorter amount of time. I think that is due to the simplicity in use and structure in Google Forms. Everything is so easy to learn and use. The company I work for has had great success using this software. Pros
Google forms, like most Google software, is so easy to use. It has all the same tools as the higher end software like it but at a much lower price point. The most i like about Google Forms is how easy to use it is. Creating forms for feedback has been incredible, we can personalize as we need, the same for some quizzes we do after some trainings here at work, we have the option to provide feedbacks in time too.
Cons
I don't see any mayor issue than it's not customizable like branding or stylish. But other than that, is perfect.

Simplifying Data Collection in Education: A One-Click Solution
As a professional in education, I really need an application that can help me easily collect data, with one click on the link I can connect to the data sheet of all respondents. I can even take a test with this app because several types of questions are possible in this application.
Pros
This application is very helpful for collecting information and even conducting tests without distance limitations.
Cons
Data security when this application is used still needs to be improved.
