It allows the user(s) maximum functionality for a diverse set of contract/project types in every discipline. While it's known for its use in JOC/SABER/IDIQ contracts, it is also extremely valuable tool for stand-alone projects, both large and small. Of value to me is the ability to produce and group individual estimates to model different scenarios such as building options, regional cost variances, and uncertainty of client funding levels. While there is work involved in learning how to use the program, it's quickly revealed that doing so opens up a level of functionality unmatched by competing programs. The ability to tap previous estimates and historical data has a compounding effect in the efficiency and value of the software.
