The best proofing tool I've ever used!
My overall experience has been positive. The people at Ziflow are great, and the platform is excellent. As a result, this has helped our organisation produce better quality assets.
Pros
The features are by far the most powerful elements of Ziflow. The dashboard, proof viewer, version control, and automation are all excellent.
Cons
For our organisation, there are areas of automation that can be improved. For example, the intake forms lack functionality which can improve organisations such as us to be less hands-on.

Great software for cross team co-ordination
My experience with using Ziflow has been excellent and satisfying. As a designer, Ziflow makes life easy by facilitating easy sharing of proofs throughout the team and with clients, creating an opportunity for easy changes.

Love the versioning!
Mixed, I wish we had more options to customise the fields to our individual teams, as a lot of the information boxes aren't useful or suitable for our work. And then in other cases, there are boxes/fields we wish we did have - but if one adjustment is made it affects the whole company, but there are so many different offshoots and ways of working, having 'one size fits all' doesn't work.

The versioning tool is super helpful, and allows me to easily track through previous version and comments, as well as compare different versions side by side.

Fantastic Proofing Software

If your a. designer struggling with your proofing workflow get this!
As a designer it is perfectly suited to me. I use it in my everyday working life for all my artwork proofing needs. This tool has been so help in organising my artwork proofs and clients comments that since I moved from freelance to Full Time employment I have implemented it at my company and upgraded to the business plan so I can have access to more tools and features which has been fab.
I went through a small transition period between freelance and new job where I didnt have Ziflow and struggled and had so many issues with feedback comments being sent on commented PDFs etc and just made everything confusing and frustrating. As so as I got my Business Ziflow it was like a sigh of relief as Ziflow basically sorts out all my proof comments issues I had before making the process so much easier for me. My colleagues have told me also that it has made it easier for them to. It allows for proofs not to be lost on an email and there all in one place and the variety of tools my colleagues can use to comment has helped them out alot in order to tell me exactly what they want.
There is rarely an instant I dont use Ziflow I suppose the only time i dont use it is when Im doing quick soical assets and i send them on a teams chat instead and its not really worth stilling a proof but everything else goes into Ziflow
Pros
Saved me so much time - i dont have to sit guessing what a client wants as they can now exactly in point the part they want amended and how they want it amended.
Great value for money - even on the basic plan it saved me so much headaches and stress and the price was cheap and offered you so much for the basic plan. It was totally worth the investment.
It has made everything so much quicker for me - it organising everything and displays it easy and clear so I can amend and complete work so much faster.
Cons
When a proof is locked Im unable to use the tick feature on comments to indicate that i have resolved that amend I currently have to temporarily unlock the proof . Would be nice if I could still use this feature when the proof is locked.
A feature to send auto reminders or a pop on the proof to notify approvers to make a decision would be handy so I dont have to go chasing each and every one.

ZiFlow has mostly been a positive experience. I use it daily and would recommend it to someone in my shoes.

I love ZiFlow. As a Production Artist, ZiFlow helps my colleagues review my work and provide feedback. They are able to do this easily with the many tools ZiFlow provides. They can comment and reply in proofs and even tag others who are apart of the the review process.ZiFlow has some neat tools that only lets who I want to review see my proofs. Excellent proofing system for our small marketing firm
I use on a daily basis with clients, some of whom are non-English speakers and am more easily able to communicate with markup and proofing on this system

Excellent content review software
My overall experience with Ziflow is very positive. I enjoy using the software.
Pros
Ziflow allows users to create video proofs. Reviewers are able to comment at a specific time within the video. Other users can see the comment on the timeline and can quickly jump to the time referenced. That's very important when reviewing videos and removes guessing.

Ziflow is a really important part of our production workflow
Pros
We used a similar tool for several years before switching to Ziflow because of their clear commitment to continuing to make the product more useful. The live website review feature is what clinched the deal for us - we make sure to get ahead of any edit requests so we can make a proof in Ziflow to collect comments that used to come to us in some incredibly tedious ways...including print-markup with a pen-scan...
Video and print review was essential for us and we have had pretty good adoption/acceptance throughout the college. Actually, that has been improved versus our previous tool because of the ability to share a single link with multiple users who don't use a proofing tool as much as the marketing department does - there used to be a lot of confusion about logging in that has been just about universally resolved. The only time there has been some (easily addressed) confusion was in regards to the Chrome extension required for commenting on live websites.
Cons
I wish there were a way to automatically add some canned (but custom) instructions to the invitation to review a proof - a checkbox I could select if the reviewer was someone I hadn't sent a Ziflow proof to before. The live website review does have a couple of quirks (you can't use the text select on a live website proof and it occasionally has some issues with not being able to scroll), but it has been of huge utility for us.
There is not as much adoption of the text selection commenting by occasional users as I would like (not available for live website proofs). It definitely isn't intuitive for most people besides the fact that they don't see it and even when I point it out to people there are many who never use it correctly. But as the administrators and heavy users, that feature is very useful.

I'm Addicted!
At first I was saddened to learn that our company was switching from ProofHQ, but soon learned to appreciate Ziflow just as much, if not more.
Ziflow’s Support Team is the best! They always respond quickly and are amazing at troubleshooting anything that comes up. They’re great listeners, willing to take time to understand your concerns and provide the best solutions, and they are wonderful at answering questions and explaining anything you don’t understand. I love how Ziflow is constantly evolving. Ziflow team takes customer requests into consideration for product updates and is always looking for ways to build in features that make our work easier.

Creating a proof really is as easy as sending an email.
Automated Workflow is my favorite thing about Ziflow. It’s easy to set up, there’s so much you can do with it, and it helps save so much time. (It’s also tremendously fun to use and watch in action.)
You can create Groups to help populate Stages rapidly, instead of entering individual reviewers one at a time.
You can customize the dashboard and set up Favorite Views.
You can set up Favorite Filters to help locate proofs quickly and easily.
You can also set Workflow Templates as Favorites so frequently used templates stay at the top.
Activity/Message tracking on Proof Details Page keeps you informed of what’s going on w/routes.
Everything you need to know about a proof is on the Details Page; when you hover your cursor over the D on the SOCD progress indicator, you can quickly tell when a reviewer made a decision.
The Proof Viewer has many useful tools and settings, with a side-by-side comparison mode which allows you to view against not only different versions of the same proof, but also against other proofs.
Adding Users/Guests and setting up profiles is quick and easy.
There is flexibility in customizing what Users and reviewers are able to do or view.
You can create folders/subfolders to keep your proofs organized.
Multiple Stages in Workflow allows you to categorize reviewers for easy identification of who’s who.
Ziflow helps you stay organized and efficient, and keeps you on top of your projects.

The only con I can think of is that I love using Ziflow so much I spend more time sitting in front of the computer than I probably should!

Ziflow for the Win!
We have recommended and used Ziflow with several clients now. The Ziflow team has always been avaialble to set up demos and training, and their support team has always been incredibly responsive. ZIflow is a tool we lean on and we've had nothing but a good experience with them.
Pros
Ziflow has made collaborating with our clients and routing proofs both internally and externally a breeze! We handle a lot of email marketing promotions for one of our clients and Ziflow is very integral to the day-to-day process.

I do wish there was a way to download a PDF of HTML proofs with all of the comments associated with it, but I understand that this would be very difficult from a technical perspective.

We use Ziflow as an integration with Monday.com. It is seamless and haven't had any issues with disconnect.
I train our teams in the Ziflow for both Reviewers (contact) and Users. They have been able to very quickly adapt and utilize the system right away.

Ziflow - Comprehensive Yet Easy to Use

Sharing the Ziflow LOVE
We are in our sixth year of Ziflow and have turned many people into customers that share our love the platform.
Pros
We tested a lot of other platforms and Ziflow is the best by far. We were able to easily integrate it into our systems to track status along with other elements. They take the management out of the design process so you can concentrate on what you do best...Creating!
Cons
The only thing that I don't like is the notifications. I like knowing when things are being reviewed. I wish there was another option to let you know people are reviewing without having to be notified on all comments.

Go with Ziflow
Wonderful. I used the testing folder extensively at first to get the hang of how we wanted to save our own workflow templates and add our own branding to the emails that are sent for our PDF proofs. Once I beta tested several PDF workflow scenarios for our business. After getting very comfortable, I presented it to our group to roll out for our PDF workflow. It is great for when others are on vacation that I can go in and proceed to the next proofing step or advance the project further. I also like that we can search to find jobs quickly. It has also been great for our internal departments to receive creative work that they can view, comment, approve, or request changes without it getting lost in a string of emails. This has increased our turn-around time.
Pros
Customer service response is so quick and they helped us by implementing some feature requests to better adapt to the way we proof things out to our clients. It organizes our PDF revisions so we don't have to wonder if everyone is looking at an incorrect version. I searched for quite some time looking at what other companies offered to find a good solution that included print color separations. I accidentally ran across Ziflow and it quickly caught my attention because it had what I was looking for (finally!). Viewing color separations when opening a proof is great for our packaging clients, and is a feature we heavily rely upon. Having commenting/mark up tools and the ability to download PDF reports is a nice plus. I also like that their online help menu can pull up relevant answers and is kept up-to-date. But, the email support has been top notch, too. It is nice to have a project management dashboard to quickly see what has been opened, commented, or a decision made.
Cons
I think overall they do a wonderful job with an in depth live demo, in which they were asking about our workflows so we could focus on how Ziflow would best work for us. But, I think before diving into training new Ziflow customers, it is important to slow down and go over the dashboard and side menu items before going directly into the Admin settings.

The color separation feature, file versioning, the dashboard looked clean, as well as they had their act together to provide a very thorough online presentation demo with a link to the recorded meeting. They obviously knew their platform thoroughly, and were asking questions about our workflow and provided thoughtful answers to our questions. We had a demo from a competitor that was very disorganized and they tried to conduct it over a mobile device...after 10 minutes we ended the competitor's demo out of frustration.- Industry: Printing

The Best Proofing Software I have ever found!
ZiFlow has been very easy to work with and approachable. Their Tech Support documents are thorough and easy to understand. Their sales and support teams have been approachable and dedicated to supporting our endeavors on their platform.

Incredible Proofing Tool
I began using it with one job, switched jobs, and recommended it to my new team. We onboarded it and have been using it ever since, and everyone loves it! It has streamlined our processes so well.

Pros
Ziflow makes it extremely easy for our creative projects to go through the various stages of approval in our highly regulatory environment. Their team is always quick to jump in to help us set up workflows or fix major issues we may encounter.

There have been some updates that have made a couple of extra steps, for example when you upload a new proof, the page does not stay on the proof that I was previously working on and you have to do a search for it.

Overall, Ziflow has been great and I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a way to collaborate and get feedback in a simple and easy way.
Pros
Overall, Ziflow has allowed out team to collaborate on a smaller and large scale through proofing. Also, getting approvals all in one place saves us time and improves efficiency.
Cons
The new version has made uploading proofs more time-consuming. There is a lot of clicking that has to happen and it takes us more time to upload something. I also would like the search and filter function to work more often.

Experience is great, i wouldnt go back to our old process.
Pros
Simple to use, it also have a lot of tools to make the proofing of a document a lot better. The video integration is a must.
Cons
Litlle bit difficult for the invited users to find the dashboard.

An efficient and robust program for all your proofing needs.
Very positive. I've used various proofing programs in the past and the many features baked into this one with a robust search function makes it easy to submit proofs, receive feedback, go through the usual back and forth and store everything once it's completed.
Pros
Ziflow's search function makes it really easy to quickly go back and view projects. Of course, your file names should be specific in the first place but if your projects are labelled correctly, searching will be a breeze.
Cons
It was great but there was recently a radical visual overhaul that was unexpected. It will take some getting used to but hopefully it's for the best and I discover new and faster ways to improve my work flow.

Design & artwork project management without the stress
Very positive - it is really easy to use and it has given clients a better project user experience with the agency. Colleagues are now spending less time managing the changes requested and projects run more efficiently.

Everyone involved in the project can review, comment, approve and collaborate in one place in a really efficient and effective way. This has resulted in less stress and time managing changes and proofing.
Cons
Hard to pick one negative to be honest but sometimes proofs with a similar name can cause issues between Ziflow and ASANA so you need to be careful how you name files in both.

Ziflow - Editing Tool Must
I love Ziflow, it has taken a bit longer to implement it through all projects, mainly due to the volume of projects, and having to explain to clients for the first time how to use it. It would be great if there was additional material to provide to clients.
Pros
I like how easy it is to upload and export drafts/proofs and upload new versions. It is easy to navigate the site, and check other drafts/proofs for client convenience.
Cons
The live tours and a bit challenging to work off of, as they take screenshots, and it's difficult to follow the edits for other reviewers. Not as simple as a still image. It's also just a tad tricky clicking the comments to appear. Also, when you are uploading, sometimes the files don't go in order, so I need to manually make sure they are in order for compare mode.

Ziflow makes creative proofing for multiple stakeholders easy
The benefits our team sees is better organization throughout the revision process. Ziflow has reduced the time it takes for our designers to gather and implement feedback, and the user experience for non-technical stakeholders is excellent.
Pros
Ziflow replaced a tedious workflow of generating PDFs and sending emails back and forth to dozens of stakeholders. Our design team had to manage hundreds of emails in multiple threads. Ziflow makes this process easy for our non-technical users through the comment and markup toolsets. The versioning helps us stay on track and organize our revisions without losing the archives or having to sift through emails or written comments.
Cons
Occasionally we have issues with the markup tool placing comments in the wrong locations in the document.
