> Beeshake is a cloud-based employee innovation and engagement platform that offers tools for gathering collective intelligence and ideas from employees. The platform can be used for peer-to-peer learning, feedback sharing, ideation, crowdsourcing, event planning, and more. 


The feedback collection tool allows businesses to send out polls, surveys, and interactivity sessions to employees in order to gather feedback or ideas. In order to enhance employee engagement, Beeshake offers gamification tools such as a points system, ‘top influencers’ leaderboard, and rewards for employees with the most points. Team members can share ideas and skills by creating content such as articles, videos, or training sessions, and other employees are able to access this content using the search functionality. 


Other features of Beeshake include targeted content for each employee, invitations, event scheduling, document sharing, live streaming, and reports on engagement metrics.
