Fleetlane includes an auto-fill functionality, which automatically populates information like fuel, odometer reading, and credit card credentials while opening and closing contracts. Administrators can collect charges related to traffic violations, toll, fuel, and damages. Additionally, car dealerships can monitor vehicles in real-time using the built-in visual maps, accept online payments, and generate custom reports in Excel or CSV formats.


Fleet supports integration with various third-party applications Stripe, Adobe Acrobat, Telus, Cisco Jasper and more. Pricing includes monthly subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email, FAQs and other online measures.

> **Pros**: The user experience is second to none and the features are adaptable  and report customization is incredible.

> **Cons**: It is difficult to add comments in an open agreement. If the store is made aware of any damages incured while the customer is still in posession of the vehicle. It's a useful tool for us to have the information to have readily available. 

Especially if it was possible to flag it up everytime an agreement is opened with a particular customer.

> **Pros**: This software makes locating vehicles super easy and less time-consuming\! I can see where the car is, the kms, and gas level all on one screen, plus we're able to charge the credit card on file so much easier than having to use the machine. The support is easy, helpful, and respond time is extremely fast. I wish we'd started using this system a year ago.

> **Cons**: Absolutely nothing\! The entire dealership has worked much better when everyone is able to see the status of a car.

> Locating service loaners and sales demos has made the dealership run so much more smooth. We're able to track exactly when a vehicle is expected to return which has made the sales department happy when selling our loaners.

> **Pros**: Easy and simple to use. GPS tracking, Canadian company using Can $$ and metric system for transaction. Great tech support.

> **Cons**: Refund has to be done manually, GPS tracking history has restricted access.  There were issues with GPS dongles compatibility when first launched.  Fuel reading is not updated quick enough to close contracts. Utilization reports is still not accurate yet.
> 
> We are glad to switch to BEEM from our previous software vendor.
