My experience as a demonstration presenter have been excellent, very easy to show and explain all the features of the solution.
Pros

I BOUGHT IT. THERE WAS NO SUPPORT TO GET IT RUNNING IN MY STORE. 6 MONTHS LATER I FOUND SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP ME AND HE CALLED THEM TO GET UNDERSTANDING ABOUT HOW IT WORKED. $300.00 LATER HE HAD IT RUNNING. Replaced Microsoft RMS
Great up grade from Microsoft RMS, get the right partner. Do not do or buy this with the intention of doing it all yourself. Find a good retail technology partner and you cannot go wrong.
Pros
Nice new updated platform for RMS. Seamless transition from MS RMS to RMH. We dealt with the Irish Partner and these guys were very knowledgeable. We received an extensive demo, we received a project plan when we were moving. The new improved RMH, has many improved and new features, we were explicitly advised that it is NOT RMS so expect some changes.
Inventory counts - much improved
Mobility through additional add on - Very good
Managing Debtors & creditors - It is done correctly in RMH
Fast - easy to use and configure POS screen
Great Partner for deployment and support
Great roadmap for future development
Multi store
Multi Currency - this is especially important of you trade online for managing financials.
Inexpensive compared to others e.g. Retail Pro, Cigid, LS Retail
Cons
We miss the old RMH customer community - this however was managed by Microsoft.
The Item card in back office needs more fields for data
Reporting, while extensive as an accountant we could do with some year end reports, some that were available in RMS.

POS for any cashier is easy to use, as well as, manage the inventory and promotions.
Pros
Easy to setup and user friendly, also makes it easy to keep track of the all store inventory. Simple and quick invoicing.

Huge regret to install RMH Central!
Once RMH Central was install ALL of our reports have been innaccurate, transactions are missing from Central, double upload!
I am beyond frustrated that a product would be encouraged to be installed when there are so many known bugs!
BIGGEST REGRET OF 2019 was installing RMH Central

The system is easy to use. Integrates well with our website. Meets all of our needs.
Pros
RMH conversion from RMS was east to do. Employees were able to quickly become functional with the system due to its similarity with RMS. RMH has capabilities to manage a multi-store operation centrally.
Cons
RMH’s policy is to communicate with users only through the third party integrator. This is satisfactory most of the time, but not always. It can be difficult to get a more complicated issues resolved due to this process.

Great EPOS for Small to Medium Size Business
Pros
Great modern looking POS with a lot of functionality and new features added regularly.
There are a number of 3rd party companies who integrate into RMH offering such things as website integrations, payment processing and loyalty addons. This list is growing all the time.
The product is easy to use due to being logical and well laid out.
RMH is a great replacement for Microsoft RMS, it allows for quick and easy migration and offers much of the same functionality, as well as extras such as emailing a receipt to a customer and built in loyalty.
Cons
Not so much for new installs but those moving from Microsoft RMS do notice some missing features such as graphs at the POS. These are however being developed and should be available in the future.

Excellent POS Retail Software for Mid-Size chains and standalone stores
The system has a lot of potential and is in constant development, which I love. I honestly believe that it is cutting-edge software and that it will continue to improve and integrate solutions for current and future demand.
Pros
It is very easy and fast to install and setup, without sacrificing functionality and efficiency. I love that the functionality can be extended through the SDK provided with the software, which makes it very adaptable for different business verticals. The support team is always ready to help and there is also a large community of distributors that supports each other.
Cons
I would like there to be more reports natively or some configurable reporter, although most of the existing reports meet the desired functionality

is a product that evolved from Microsoft Dynamics RMS, which has enriched it with functionality that Retail requires, the functionality of concentrating the information in the Head-Quarter and visualizing what happens in each POS and in each store, it is a functionality that everyone customers love it.
the versatility of making promotions and discounts as required by the customer, that RMH chooses the best price for the customer, is something that cashiers love.
Being able to configure everything we need in Retail is something that few products offer in the market.

RMH review as a reseller / implementer
The multi store maintenance features of this software are superb. Also, very solid solution not dependant on Internet connectivity for full operation functionality at store level.

Great POS
Overall RMH did an excellent job with the software, except for some minor issues.
Pros
POS screen is customizable as per the user which makes it easier to use.
Inventory management is great.
Cons
Need to pay to get the basic reports understandable, For exp. Z report needs to be simplified and easier to understand. Change screen shows after the receipt print option which is opposite. Cannot remove "transaction void" option from cashiers.

RMS to RMH Migration
Pros
We have been using Microsoft RMS/Quicksell 2000 at our three retail stores since 1999. The main selling point for RMH is that it is designed to use the existing RMS database. The new application has been largely easy to learn and use. There are in some cases new things to get familiar with, but most manager functions are pretty straightforward and similar to RMS. The POS is very easy for new cashiers to learn and use. RMH support for us comes from our long time RMS partner, Steve. He installs updates and quickly answers our questions. I cannot comment regarding support directly from RMH. Version 3.7 has been very stable for us.
Cons
The separate application called Stocktake is used to perform physical inventory. I would say it is more cumbersome than using RMS.

POS! OUTRAGE and WASTE OF TIME!
Since we were not given any instructions of how to setup or how the system actually works, is there anything on the internet to assist us? The videos we received October 2018 "How to Guides" is product informational videos. The "Online Training Videos tell the story of each time the system was updated from India to Australia to America with information for what clients can do, NOT "How to" do anything. We have been inching our way through since October 2018, reaching out to other retailers who use this system and are also very unsatisfied with the system, expectations and that there is no complimentary support to assist with any issues. We are now using it however not to the degree we were promised. The cost of customer support is outrageous which was not shared with us until we purchased the program. We cannot afford it every time we have a question, for which we have a lot and many more I am sure in the future. Like will this convert to another retail program?

Looks! The POS is pretty. Adjustable reason codes. Reason codes necessary at check out for price adjustment.
Cons
Looks can be deceiving. Instruction and "How to" videos incomplete or non-existent. There are a lot of dead ends. There are places where there are too many unnecessary steps. We are receiving errors and hit cancel to get out of it but it still does the function. I can't even list them all!

Nothing works well, inter-phases crash and does not work well with peripherals - pole displays and credit cash machines are slow to react and you will regret this purchase/upgrade.
Cons
Everything up to this point, how simple should it be to update inventory figures with PO's, populate dates and provide accurate figures? This even messes up the sales tax calculations!

huge disappointment
after using rms since 2009 and quicksell prior. rhm for it's cost of the software outright and cost to change over too it has been a huge disappointment! strongly considering reverting back to rms at further expense
