About Viewpoint

Viewpoint is a cloud-based hospitality property management solution, which enables businesses in the timeshare industry to streamline processes related to bookings, housekeeping, guest check-in/out, reservations and more. Its white-labeled portal allows resort owners to handle contact details and access documents according to individual requirements. Viewpoint helps clubs customize CRM data fields, manage individual or multiple homeowner associations (HOAs) and reassign work logs in case of staff members' unavailability. Administrators can access reports and export them in multiple formats including CSV, Microsoft Excel and PDF. Additionally, the system supports various currencies and time zones. Viewpoint integrates with several third-party property management systems, timeshare exchange companies and POS solutions. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone and other online measures.

Accountability programs are great!

Automation is key for us. This new to us as well, as everything was manual. Lots of room for errors... This system gets it all together and a lot of potential once you learn it. It takes ALOT of time though. And, you need to be certain the information you are transferring to them is compatible and consistent or you will have lots to clean up. Overall, we are very excited to be into it almost 1 year (from when we went live). We are almost all cleaned-up. Now to open it up to the owners to book, pay and update online.

Pros

Full automation capability; support from the team.

Cons

Hours are just a little difficult at times. Yet the support is really GOOD! We are 7 days per week being in the management/hospitality industry. Mon- Fri doesn't work in some cases.Time it takes to put it all together; and though we are good NOW, and still learning - it is a full learning curse ~ I mean curve :)

Viewpoint is complete, easy-to-use cloud resort mnaagment software

Very positive. Huge investment by industry leader results in very powerful, yet easy to use system.

Pros

Everything is included and it runs on Amazon Web. Backups, security etc. are all handled. Customer service is fast when needed. Reports and processes are highly automated.

Cons

They are working on feature for rentals through RCI which will allow rentals on RCI.com. that will be great.
