Features include custom landing pages, thumbnails, behavior tracking, screen sharing, video replay and registration management.

> **Pros**: gestion / préparation du live : hyper complet et permet de générer pas mal de leads grace aux contenus associés en CTA.

> **Cons**: l'interface est complète mais aussi difficile pour s'y retrouver. La Gestion des CTA est très éloignée d'une gestion par webinar, pas la même entrée, pourtant on pourrait l'associer aux campagnes / UTMs par exemple. Pas évident de trouver les bonnes features au début. Mais c'est complet.Difficulté importante : la segmentation. On retrouve ce problème dans les exports. Secteurs et fontions peuvent parfois être confondues ce qui n'aide pas au traitement des leads post event.

> **Pros**: J'apprécie l'accompagnement, dispo, humain, les conseils, j'apprécie l'interface en général. Nous avons construit une belle communauté.

Vous êtes certain d'atteindre votre cible tant les inscrits sont variés.L'accompagnement lors du 1er webinar facilite la prise en main du logiciel, qui reste dans tous les cas très intuitif.Enfin, il est important de souligner la disponibilité des équipes de Webikeo qui rendent l'expérience client très agréable.

> **Cons**: Le petit défaut reste l'impossibilité de mettre un fond d'écran pour sa webcam (ou du moins de pouvoir flouter l'arrière plan).

> Lorsque l'on débute, on est très bien accompagné, que ce soit d'un point de vue technique ou même rédactionnel. Webikeo est simple d'utilisation et plutôt intuitif, et en cas de doute, l'équipe est disponible pour aider sur n'importe quel aspect. Je suis ravie de mon utilisation de Webikeo, j'estime avoir un très bon suivi de mon CSM  qui est toujours proactif et de très bon conseil.
