All-in-one for your mailings
We use Brevo on a daily basis to manage our customer databases for our different websites, most of which run on Prestashop.
We send almost all our emails and newsletters via this system. Thanks to the different segments we can create, we can target our prospects even more effectively
Pros
- I like its simplicity of use, with its intuitive and efficient drag and drop mail editor.
- The ability to create different segments with our contacts is easy, and the filters are intuitive.
- The “enterprise” subscription system is very efficient and allows us to meet our needs without limits.
Cons
Some bugs occasionally, often fixed during the day, but which may have already affected our working day
The automation feature is effective, but sometimes less intuitive than with some competitors

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH BREVO!!!
Pretty aweful, especially when they stopped answering my emails. There is no way to contact them by phone or chat, or to get a manager to review our case.
Pros
Really not much, they offer the basic functionality that you can find with anyone on the market
Cons
Brevo can unilaterally cancel your account without any recourse. Let me tell you my story: I sent an email campaign and had 10 recipients who unsubscribed (over 2,500 contacts, so 0.4%), they cancel my account without any recourse and do not answer my emails. Not worth spending time with them, you should go to MailChimp or Omnisend instead.

Best for automation | Slightly on Costlier Side
When they changed from SendInBlue to Brevo, I had to go through a massive learning curve considering the changed UI different logo and almost every function getting changed. It was a bit jarring for me, considering I only visit their site occassionaly (most work is automated). Apart from that, the new UI is incredible, everything is smooth. I especially love the email customer support they have been among the best. I have used SendGrid, SendPulse, MailGun, etc. they really have a must better support and documentation setup compared to others, highly recommended!
Pros
Marketing automation is by far the most useful part of Brevo. I have been a customer for Brevo for about 4 years (earlier it was called SendInBlue). I am able to integrate it with my WordPress site, use robust APIs and SMTP to send transactional mails, schedule emails, build campaings, and also use there dashboards/insights to analyse/improve my emails. It is a really solid tool for outreach, cold emails, retargetting, and more.
Cons
My business is volatile and it is difficult to forecast requirements, as a result I always prefer Pay-As-You-Go plans, I have found those plans to be quite bad and relatively expensive. I believe that they can better incentivize those plans or offer proper carry forward on monthly plans to motivate people like me.

Email Marketing software with best ROI for any business
i am using brevow since last 6 months for doing email marketing to our contact database and also we have done the workflow automation in the brevo to trigger the campaigns based on certain conditions automatically. right now using free account of 300 mails per day and brevo has helped us in reaching out the bulk audiences within minutes via broadcast campaigns, from these till now we alos got 1 deal and ROI is 100%. all marketers should consider this email marketing software for their business
Pros

Cons
Brevo is charging fro removing the watermark from the mails and broadcast, they need to give this free for atleasta week for new users

Amazing what it offers even in the free version.
I evaluated several email marketing tools. I am starting with email marketing and I wanted to experiment before investing fully with one tool.
Brevo was the best solution. It offers many more options than the other ones, including in the free version that is the one I am using now. It is very easy to use and very intuitive. It allows me to build newsletters very quickly.
Pros
All the features that it offers, including in the free version.

Simple, fast and intuitive
I really appreciate the simplicity and ease of creating and sending campaigns. The intuitive design makes it incredibly straightforward to get a campaign up and running without any hassle. This smooth process allows me to focus more on crafting the right message rather than spending time on technical setup, which is a huge advantage.
Pros
I appreciate the simplicity of creating campaigns. The straightforward process allows me to quickly convey the message I need to get across. This efficiency helps save time and ensures that my campaigns are launched without unnecessary complications. Additionally, the reports provided are clear and easy to understand, which makes it simple to analyze performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Overall, the user-friendly approach and transparent reporting empower me to focus more on the core content of my campaigns rather than getting bogged down by technicalities.
Cons
It's not a unique problem for Brevo, but one thing I dislike is that the statistics for sent campaigns are not entirely accurate. This issue is common among all providers. While the platform itself is user-friendly, the inconsistency in data makes it difficult to fully trust the campaign performance metrics. It’s an industry-wide challenge, but it’s still something that affects the overall reliability of email marketing tools.

Solid support and growth potential for independent business owners
I'm very happy to stay with Brevo as my emailing platform, despite the minor issues I've experienced. Customer support is quick to respond and always does their best to understand the problem and offer solutions - even if there is not always an easy resolve. I appreciate the fact that the platform is always improving and takes feedback into consideration. There's a good supply of self-help articles and easy channels for submitting a ticket or chatting to Customer Support. The Dashboard can sometimes be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate but on the whole it is user-friendly. Mostly I appreciate the fact that as a non-paying customer (at present, with hopes to grow a subscriber list so that I can afford a paid account) I have not felt marginalised, and feel equally welcome and supported on the platform.
Pros
Brevo offers a range of options for both free and paying customers to communicate effectively with their clients/subscribers, and manage their contact lists. As an indie business owner, Brevo has made it possible for me to establish a reliable reputation with my subscribers by offering information in clean, fresh designs and with good deliverability rates.
Cons
I've experienced most challenges on Brevo with the automation system. As far as I know, this is constantly being worked on and upgraded - unfortunately, it has led to some deliverability issues, 'broken' chains in the automation flow, and made it necessary for me to find manual work-arounds.

Mailing for memberships
Overall we have a fantastic experience with Brevo and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.
Pros
The ease of use and setting up of the system. It works well with our membership database by being easily updatable via an excel export/import function. It is highly configurable for setting up lists and filters allow us to tailor make our content for our subscribers. The price is also good in comparison with other platforms.
Cons
If a contact changes their data within the brevo system we do not receive a report to show what has changed which would allow us to update our main database.

Great experience. I discovered it last year and hesitated to change from the plateform I used. But I finally decided to change to simplicity my process.
Pros

Easy to get started for a small team
I'm happy with Brevo. I've been using the platform for almost two years now, and it fits our needs perfectly. I’m not thinking about switching anytime soon.
Pros
What I like most is how easy it is to use. It's very simple for our team to manage our email campaigns without any prior knowledge about how to use the platform. We don’t have to waste time figuring out complicated features, so we can just focus on getting our outbound emails done.
Cons
There are a few bugs that annoy me. For example, I often get error messages saying that logs can't be fetched at the moment. We also had a bug with a user role that prevented me from creating templates.

Easy, reliable, affordable.
Reliable, customer support could be improved, and it could offer more training to make certain features more intuitive.
Pros
Brevo is an extremely comprehensive email marketing platform with interesting automation features. It offers very competitive pricing, allowing you to scale over time as both the number of contacts and functionalities grow. It pays great attention to email deliverability requirements, which is crucial, especially for accounts that send to large contact lists. You can collect contacts by creating forms directly within Brevo or through plugins for the most popular CMS platforms, such as WordPress. The automation features are particularly interesting because they allow you to manage the database with internal actions as well as automate external communications via email or SMS. The e-commerce integration is also very compelling, enabling the integration of coupons, products, and orders with the shop.
Cons
The contact profiling could be improved, especially when it comes to creating and organizing CRM fields. The reporting section needs significant improvement if you want to monitor workflow performance and not just email campaign performance. Additionally, it offers a limited selection of actions and triggers in workflows.

A User-Friendly Email Marketing and CRM Tool
Overall, Brevo is a solid email marketing platform that is user-friendly for designers, offering a quick way to create attractive campaigns and manage client communication, but it may not offer the level of customization needed for highly intricate or visually complex designs.
Pros
Allows graphic designers to create visually appealing email campaigns easily, with pre-designed templates and a drag-and-drop interface. The integration of email marketing with CRM features enables designers to understand their audience better and personalize design elements for higher engagement.
Cons
The design capabilities can feel limited compared to more advanced design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, especially for more complex, custom designs. The reporting features could also be more detailed to provide deeper insights into how specific design elements are performing.

Campaigns are a Breeze. Brevo, the prodigal tool for all your marketing campaign needs.
On the whole, it is one of the best emailing clients i've used so far. I've been using it since the days it was called SendinBlu, and it has never failed in terms of my use-cases.
Pros
I have used Brevo largely for sending email campaigns. I really like that i can instantly see the report on deliveries and bounces. i am able to track the open and click rates too. its easy to use, convenient and overall very user friendly.
Designing emailers with or without using presets is a breeze. I have created and saved my own block for quick and easy access.
Cons
In some sections like contact lists, the UI gets a little confusing. It may not be directly useful to me, or beyond my ability to use them and that could be the reason for it. Having many many features and putting them together to build a platform like this must also be difficult. So, i'm not criticising, just sharing my experience.

Still figuring out things but definitely it's worth trying for basic/ medium needs
I am still giving a chance and try not to lose hope in migrating form hubspot to brevo. Let's see, overall = I still have hopes
Pros
Flexibility of adjusting the database to my need (attributes) and a good UI
Cons
The ambiguity of how contacts and companies are linked and how to combine different needs of linking multiple entries to one entry and so on. I had some issues while uploading the file with companies. No reliable support from UI and several glitches (my understanding now is that it took much longer to upload the file but the notification bell said it's all done even though it wasn't).
All in all some things can be improved in managing data and combining data. I am new to Brevo so I might find some other suggestions. Stay tunned:)

Long way to go for the products
It has been very challenging to do simple tasks.
Pros
The price is okay. The support team always picks up the phone without long waiting times. (they should be trained technical part of the system more because always end up creating a ticket.)
Cons
Trying to offer 360 marketing tools but only trying... Products are being launched without being fully ready and the support team is not even aware of features of new products as well. The CRM is missing very crucial elements such as automatically connecting the contact in the CRM, it needs to be manually assigned. Not having a proper plugin for WordPress. Users cannot submit their form to trigger the automation system. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. So many other things that I can't put all here.

Account suspended many times
They suspended our account for no reason, such as there is no any hard bounce or something. And a few times. As a result, we could not send any of the campaigns we had prepared for Black Friday and planned to send to our customers. We contacted support once, they activated the account, and then they suspended our account again without giving any reason. What I don't understand is, what's the point of paying money when not being able to send campaign emails?
Pros

Brevo offers what others do not free or at very reasonable price.
My overall experience has been smooth and very useful. I was able to transform a clients entire cold calling marketing to well organised and segmented email campaigns using only the free version.
Pros
Comes with huge benefits
1. The free version has everything for contact management, marketing and sales that a small or medium business needs. No other CRM offers this.
2. The paid subscriptions are very cheap and the cheapest of them has tonnes of extra features, but costs very little.
3. Well organised and self explanatory, the tutorials are well-written and chat support is good.
4. Calling rates are pretty low and you get call recording with transcripts, a number, voic mail and other features at a very reasonable price
5. I love the automation page and I could build complex automations very simply using drag and drop tools.
6. I love the email templates and the many ways I can customise the different email fields.
7. You can add tasks, send email, add deals and see all interactions from the contact page. It is easy to add different types of fields to the contact page also.
Cons
1. I would love inbuilt translation and soell-check

Best SMTP service ever
I've been using Brevo for a very long time, even before they changed their name (Sendinblue). I’ve tried many other similar services, but every time I faced technical issues (emails not sending, etc.), and more importantly, the services either stopped offering premium accounts or simply reduced their limits. Brevo is one of the only ones that respects its users. Plus, its integration is super easy, whether it’s on WordPress or a regular website.
Pros
Brevo is one of the only providers offering free SMTP with a generous limit! With a free account, you can do a lot of things. I've never had any issues with Brevo, and I say Bravo to them for never changing their pricing for free users.
Cons
I find it a shame that you can't have a single account to manage multiple sites. I would've liked it to be a bit like Cloudflare, where you have one account and can add as many sites as you want, and go premium either for all the sites or per site. Because right now, I have to create a separate account for each site, and it’s not practical.

Best choice for woocommerce stores
My overall experience with Brevo has been excellent. It’s the best CRM platform I've used for WooCommerce. I’ve noticed significant improvements and evolution in the platform since its days as Sendinblue, making it even more powerful and user-friendly.
Pros
What I like most about Brevo is the unlimited contacts, the ease of segmentation, and the excellent e-commerce data integration, which works really well as part of a CRM.
Cons
I like least about Brevo is the loading of unnecessary resources in e-commerce, the lack of clarity about the billing process, and the limited automation features for push notifications. Additionally, some features that could be available in the Pro plan, especially those related to e-commerce, are only offered in the more expensive plan.

My First Email Campaign
I ran my first “bulk” email campaign with Brevo and had a 10% open rate, no clicks but just the fact that I get real time info on how well my campaign was going and it was positiveish, It put a BIG SMILE on my face.
Pros
The UI is very intuitive. Usually, before I use any Saas platform, I watch a short YouTube video on how to do use the basic features just to get an idea of the tool. I did so for but for Brevo, I unconsciously dived into it, started checking around and within 10 minutes I got a hang of what it does and how it was perfect for my needs(which is a mailing service that allows at least 300 emails per day) - this feature, is the number one reason I’m sticking with Brevo as I cannot afford a paid service YET. The UI is great, so far I’ve only used the email campaign feature and the list importing, segmenting and exporting features but so far it’s an awesome app to use… I just know I’ll be sticking with it for a long while
Cons
When I tried exporting a contact list I had fine tuned, it didn’t inform me it would be send the link to the exported CSV to my email… I thought maybe there was an error and I kept exporting and exporting until I randomly checked my email and saw my inbox “spammed” with Brevo messages - This was partly my fault for not receiving notifications on the email too(I had to put on notifications for my mail on my iPhone immediately after… apart from this slight error I had with Brevo, no other problems

Impressive email campaign management tool
With Brevo, we can quickly and easily create and send polished emails to large groups of recipients. It's fantastic to be able to sort the contact list by different criteria so you can send emails to the right people. It has other cool features that we don't use right now, but they're there. I can easily leverage communications across numerous channels by sharing your content on social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. In addition to marketing and constituent communications, we use it for all other forms of email outreach.
Pros
The ability to examine contact-specific metrics from email campaigns, such as who opened the email, who didn't, who clicked on the link, etc., is one of my favorite features of this platform. I can also see how well your campaign is doing because it automatically tracks its results. When it comes to email templates, you have a lot of choices. I like how easy it is to change the layout, color scheme, fonts and backgrounds. The interface is intuitive, and your work is saved in its current state if you need to pause in the middle of the process.
Cons
Creating an email may require some graphic design skills. Sometimes it's more trouble than it's worth to drag and drop a bunch of images into the template. The mobile responsiveness is amazing, but there is room for improvement.

Great for New Users, but the Design Tool Needs Improvement.
Using Brevo was a mix of good and not so good The best part is you can use it for free to try out how it works and see its features You can start using it right away and then decide if you want to pay for more
The design tool is simple and easy to use which is great for everyone But it was a bit tricky like a messy playroom It was hard to find the right buttons and tools and it took a long time to figure things out
Overall Brevo has lots of cool features and is easy to use but fixing the design tool would make it even better.
Pros
The platform Brevo is fantastic for beginners and experienced users as well. I have been using it for the last 6 months for email marketing purpose. The best thing about this platform is you can start using it for completely free, you can get the idea how the platform works, its features. You can use their features for testing it on your projects and test it for yourself. And then you can opt- in for the paid version. The user interface is simple, easy to understand and responsive for any level of user. I am totally satisfied with the experience.
Cons
One thing which I think they should work on is the email editor. When I was using it for designing the email structure and sections, I found it little bit hard to navigate through the options in the editor. They should have been smoother and better user experience is required.
I tried using Brevo to design emails, but I found it a bit tricky. The design tool didn’t have clear buttons or easy ways to find what I needed. It was like trying to find a toy in a big, messy room where nothing is in the right place.
Navigating through the tool was confusing, and it took a lot of time to figure out how to do even simple things. The whole experience felt a bit frustrating because it should have been much easier to use.
I think Brevo could make it better by organizing the buttons and tools more clearly and making everything easier to find. That way, using the design tool would be a lot more fun and less confusing.

My digital wingman for smart newsletters and automation.
Above all, this tool has made the creation and management of our newsletter campaigns much easier. No time wasted and it is more accurate.
Pros
Brevo simply delivers. Whether it's about launching a newsletter campaign or managing complex automations. The user interface is so intuitive that even the newest of users can find their way around immediately. When it comes to automation, Brevo really won me over.
Cons
As much as I appreciate Brevo, there are a few things that need improvement. The learning curve for some of the more advanced features should not be underestimated. It would be great if you were given a little more guidance with more complex tasks.

An excellent alternative to larger brands
We made the switch to Brevo from a well-known large e-marketing platform and we found the ease of use better, the design capabilities better and the quality of customer service better, it was also 1/10th of the price and allowed us to expand our contacts further than the bounds of our previous subscription. Despite it having some way to go in extra features, it is a good starting platform and the customer service team are excellent and efficient.
Pros
Value for money is excellent, the customer support is great and it is really easy to create excellent-looking campaigns, the templates are nice and there is room for lots of customisation.
Cons
I wish they had more functions to separate mailing lists, with the ability to create different brand libraries and have them assigned to certain lists. I run multiple campaigns with different brands and having to re-do the brand library every time is frustrating.
Reasons for Choosing Brevo
Cost, capabilities and design mostly. We were paying lots of money for mailchimp but felt like we weren't getting the level of service we needed. Brevo having no contacts cap and a wider range of design options made it the ideal choice for us. We are a small independent company and value the customer service we get from brevo.Switched From

Great, needs to proceed as such in the future
Generally very positive. I'd like to see the ecommerce section functionality expanded more.
Pros
The newsletter editor, and the UI in general is clean and functional. If there are implemented features, they are usually comprehensive.
Cons
I'm not exactly sure if Brevo follows the needs of us, its users, when introducing new features. There are more e-mail oriented features that would be welcome. For example, darkmode e-mail client management.

Better services but still a long way to go
It is good, as mentioned earlier we are also learning everyday just like Brevo. There's a room of improvement where you guys can actually look thru and get it sorted. But with new features like Whatsapp, Text and email related add-ons are also tremendous for a beginner/advance user to use it
Pros
the interface is quite easy to understand, all the functions work smoothly! API control is also better than most of the Service providing companies
Cons
The support team of INDIA specifically Noida Branch is very bad. They are actually least concerned about the customer experience. Also, the help articles of Brevo are not easy to understand. Most of the articles are very difficult to understand in spite of having help video which is irrelevant. Secondly, when you suspend any service to send an email to the customer stating that your services are closed and hence YOU HAVE TO REBUY THE SERVICES - which we usually don't get to see in the email. Third, make the user experience slightly smoother to use. Fourth, GDPR or Brevo Policy is based on EU which is usually different from Asian Countries so make some exceptions in terms of Mail sending.

Fantastic System
It's a really great system and very easy to use. The campaigns are easy to create and lots of styles and formats. The reporting is also very useful.
Pros
I love the recent edition of saving section templates. This has been a huge help with creating. It's easy to use and lots of options.
Cons
The web editor can get a bit glitchy with formats, but that's just how they are. It can be a little annoying when adding contacts and having to repeat details when adding multiple people for a new client organisation. A bulk tool for removing blocks on emails (especially hard bounces) would be handy.

Sales growth
It raised marketing to another, more modern level where it helps increase sales and where each function makes it easy to work on each process and more with excellent results.
Pros
It is a platform that has helped me to better manage sales with perfect follow-up to each client and more personalized attention. Email marketing has been key to sales growth where each campaign has been successful and well received by all clients. Its ease of use is what I liked most from the beginning because it was easy to learn all its functions correctly.
Cons
There is nothing wrong with Brevo, it has always been a good ally for me and I like all its features.

A great "MUST HAVE" tool for growing your small business.
I really like the program and how it has increased my overall productivity through emails, newsletters and graphic designing tools by having everything all wrapped up in one place. It works well with Canva and the design feature runs very similar making the utilization of the program easy and efficient. It has been a wonderful addition to our growing dashboard of media tools and we couldn't be happier. Hands down, a must have tool if you wish to grow your business through on-line sales and email follow-ups.
Pros
Brevo was a wonderful find for our company! Not only did it allow us to mass mail to all our clients weekly news letters which cut our time in half but it also incorporates many other wonderful features that we were able to utilize right at the tips of our fingers without having to go through other companies.
Cons
Brevo has many wonderful tools to utilize but what I found most frustrating was figuring out how to incorporated them into our already operating system. The videos were helpful but it did take some learning curves to get where we needed to be so we could reap the full benefits of the program.

Easiest and best tool to use for beginners, agencies and personal brands.
Very good, its a fair pricing system. The Desktopapp is never down or lagging.
Overall one software in our techstack we dont think of changing and actually dont compare. Brevo always brings out new stuff you need.
Pros
Ease of use of the product is the best. Brevo is the easiest to learn and use for non-technical people.
Creating Campaigns through the multiple channels is great and the email campaigns templates are create. A lot of freedom to create and also with the Audience Creation super easy. We manage multiple clients and our own newsletter all in one brevo account.
Cons
The Automations / Workflows and native Integrations could be better. We mostly do everything with Zapier but it would be nice to have more direct integrations and use Brevo even easier with our techstack.

The experience our company has gained over the past two years since using Brevo
In overall I am satisfied with Brevo. I have used Mailchimp before, but the interface wasnt that easy to manage.
Pros
What our company loves about the Brevo application is its user-friendly interface. We can easily manage our email campaigns, as it remembers all previous settings, allowing us to effortlessly access any of our past email structures. Database management is also a crucial aspect of running email campaigns, and Brevo makes this easy to handle. We can simply upload data in CSV files, enabling us to efficiently import a large number of contacts.
Cons
I am not sure if it is possible to delete a large database on contacts in bulk.

Value for money and easy to use
Hassle-free and effective. Meets our needs and beyond.
Pros
It is easy to use, and cost-effective. A large volume of functionalities are opened with both the free and paid version - this allowed us to sufficiently explore the app, before investing.
Cons
There is nothing I don't like. It would be great if we could do all of our layout work in Canva for design purposes and link it to the mailer templates.

Brevo Has Simplified My Business Communcation!
Very positive for the most part. I had a brief issue with my account being suspended after sending my first campaign. However, once I clarified how my contacts were gathered and explained the nature of my business, everything was understood and I haven't had an issue with suspension since.
Pros
This platform allows me to send my business correspondace freely without any interferance. It allows me to quickly schedule campaigns and target groups.
Cons
I think the email designer could be a little more user friendly. I find that it glitches and freezes frequently. I also feel like that designer is rigid and doesn't allow for completely free design abilities.

MailchimpReasons for Choosing Brevo
I was using the free version of MailerLite for a long time but as my contact list grew, I outgrew the free plan. Unfortunately, I was unable to afford the upgraded plan as their pricing is astronomically high. So, I tried Mailjet instead, however they took my money and then shut down my ability to send. I clarified how contacts were gathered (including showing them my 2-step verification system to guarantee active and legitimate contacts) but they refused to reinstate me. They claimed they didn't believe select contacts were legit and insisted I delete over 300 emails because they "didn't like them". When I refused to delete legit contacts (and was able to prove that all 300 people signed up for my emails), they continued to say I was the only way my account would be reinstated. So, I filed a dispute with my bank over the charge and came to Brevo instead. After that fiasco, I heaved a sigh of relief with Brevo’s service.Reasons for Switching to Brevo

Brevo - Everything in one place.
It was much, much more affordable for our needs than other similar solutions we looked at. The Conversations Chat module allows us to add chat messaging from Facebook, Instagram, and Email. This allows all our staff to use one interface for all messaging and to spread out the workload to all staff.
Pros
We use Brevo for our email marketing and contact lists as well as the Conversation module that adds a Chat feature to our company website.
Cons
Regarding the Conversation module, I really want more high-level controls to monitor and manage our sales team who all use Brevo to digitally interact with our customer base.

Brevo gets the job done, but can get expensive when you grow your list
Brevo offers a wide range of marketing tools, including email and SMS marketing, live chat, CRM, and automation. While in my experience it has good deliverability, I find its customization options are limited when compared to other platforms I've used that are popular. Probably the biggest drawback is that its pricing is steep for larger lists. Also, occasional technical issues can also be frustrating. However, for many businesses, Brevo provides a solid, all-in-one marketing solution. So if that is what you have experience with, then just stick with it.
Pros
Generally has good email deliverability rates. Wide range of features: email marketing, SMS marketing, live chat, CRM, and marketing automation.
Cons
Customization options are limited if you've ever used other popular services then you might be disappointed. There were occasional technical issues that are annoying to have to deal with and try to get customer service help on. And most of all it can get expensive when you scale your list.

A Must Have for Email Campaign Beginners
I really liked the ability to create personalized campaigns with images and everything needed to make the message clear and engaging for potential clients.
Pros
I used Brevo for sending bulk emails when I first started my position as a sales account manager, and it was incredibly helpful. The platform allows you to easily import existing client lists, and you get detailed reports on who opened your emails and who unsubscribed. This feature makes it much easier to track the performance of your campaigns and manage your results effectively
Cons
Honestly, I can’t recall anything I disliked. It was my first time using a tool like this, so everything felt quite new and innovative to me
