Each company, mostly under 50 employees, wanted something different for their performance management system. TP was amenable to create separate databases for each company, which was key in our vendor selection. Ron Hiller and his team went beyond any normal expectation of support from a small client, which is why I would recommend them to anyone. My only disappointment is the goal manager seemed somewhat convoluted for me. I'm working through with Ron and his team but we have not implemented that as much as I would like to have done. I also would like to be able to customize the open ended questions for each user, but we have worked through that also. This just reflects the flexibility of the system. Training from TP was key and they did not disappoint and were available for webinars and go to meetings at every single request.
