A happy new starter
I have enjoyed it so far. Other then the one location it is doing what I need it to do.

I love the fact that everything is in one place. I like that I have been able to link my booking terminal onto my website for ease.

I could only have one location set up with the basic package - as a new start up with not many clients I don’t need the larger package but I am working from multiple locations to try and capture as many people as possible but have had to have different systems for that.

Training is vital. Ideally in person training. [sensitive content hidden] came to train the whole team and she was able to update all our setting avoiding problems further down the line.

Like with anything new it takes time to get use to the new system.

Better execution of the basics, customer service very good
Pros
The customer service is great, I am on the chat most days and have an answer to my questions within a couple of hours. The reminders, pre care and after cares are excellent and the desktop is lovely to use.
Cons
We use the app and it just does not keep up with Pabau on the desktop, which is a shame as it is what we use the most and this was explained to the agent when Pabau was sold to us. The basics don't always work as they should, clients haven't been getting reminders for over 2 weeks now. Get the basics spot on before implementing any other features I would say.

Pabau after one year
Overall very good. There are a few elements mentioned above which would bring it into excellent all round for me.
Pros
I like the ease of moving from clinical notes to photos to appointments to admin - all smoothly transition. Photos are easy to import and show side by side.
Cons
I would like easier direct entry to fields such as medical history, family history, social history rather than only have it automated from the medical questionnaire form.
Investigations are not very developed yet in terms of export of tests / import of results, not much for imaging, and no inbuilt scoring system for things like BMI, CVS risk, dementia screen etc

In the journey from the Pabau App. When it’s time to choose a consent form and you mistakenly click on the wrong consent form , it can’t be corrected. There is no provision to go back and select the correct consent form. This needs to be fixed asap

Pabau for an Aesthetic Clinic
The onboarding process was very slow for a brand-new clinic with no data to migrate. Most of the support staff have limited knowledge and are unable to provide immediate assistance. The platform has basic bugs that are common in any software platform, indicating a lack of thorough testing before releasing features to the public. Many features in Pabau 2 depend on the original Pabau, requiring tweaks in Pabau 1 for them to function correctly in Pabau 2.

I found several aspects of Pabau particularly beneficial:
Online Booking System: The ability to create links for specific treatments is a standout feature. It simplifies the booking process for clients and allows for targeted promotion of particular services.
Cloud-Based Platform: The cloud-based nature of Pabau ensures that data is securely stored and accessible from anywhere. This enhances flexibility and convenience, making it easy to manage appointments and client information on the go.
Cons
System Performance: The system can be quite slow at times, which impacts efficiency and productivity.
Onboarding Process: The onboarding process is also slower than expected, which can be frustrating for new users eager to get started.
Customer Success: The Customer Success experience leaves much to be desired mainly because Customer Success staff were not trained on Pabau 2 features or how to use them.
Customer Retention Focus: Customer retention should be a core aspect of every interaction. Ensuring that users feel valued and supported can significantly improve overall satisfaction.

The set up and implementation was extremely easy and smooth. Customer Service has been great so far.
Pricing has to be competitive and certain features need to be improved

I liked the Calendar feature, REcords Management feature, Templates are handy, Marking for Botox etc are compatible, Notifications are well designed.
Cons
The least I liked is their PRescription feature which is complicated to use. Also the birthday templates are not fancy. Customer review template is also not up to the mark.

Amazing user-friendly software
Overall, I really like this software. This is a fantastic user-friendly software, Has loads of options that you can choose from. Also, you can make your own templates which makes it very easy to work on. Quick and easy templates that make your clinical job very easy. I have worked with many other softwares like Spectrum and SOCRATES Etc But I found this one quite helpful and easy

Pabau 2 is not working properly and causing lots of damage
I was happy with Pabau 1.However Pabau 2 was mandatory for all clinics and I was pushed to change it to it.
The software doesn’t work properly.Emails are disappearing from patients cards,you have to create services couple of time in order them to show in the software.I did create service myself 5 times and it still not possible to add it on the invoice.There are lots times when it is simply just not opening ,you have to reload page 10 times in order it to work.Absolutely horrible software.Contacted customer support lots of times,sent video about issues,since July no improvements.It cause massive disruption at work .Very disappointing.

Lots of workarounds
It's ok. I am not thrilled about the move to pabau 2 as have had to chase to ensure items are included and am getting very little communication back

It is a one stop shop and allows us to manage bookings, records and finances all in one place
Cons
We have to use lots of workarounds to track progress so we have many spreadsheets running alongside it and the reporting function is sub par to really get proper detail about what's happening in the business without paying extra for custom reports

Poor customer service
Overall Pabau does what it needs to until it doesnt. The software glitches and customer service is appalling. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have not been able to see my schedule for over 7 weeks and keep being told that it is in the process of being rectified by 'x' date and it does not. I can not speak to anyone and I am stuck. Find a company with better support!

There is no apology and no attempt to help the situation.

All patient records are secure and easy to access with a PIN, if necessary. Reports can be pulled regularly to monitor business performance. Lastly, there is extensive support from the training team to make use of Pabau to the fullest.
Cons
Pabau can create a more user friendly experience when adding forms. The ability to customize to one's liking is a difficult journey that would require more extensive skill to make happen.

Absolutely horrific
We decided to go with Pabau because it was the cheapest option at the time and was also more geared toward medical spas and IV therapy. We met with our Pabau account manager weekly to work toward implementing Pabau with our operations. However, we ran into problem after problem after problem. There were bugs, glitches, changes weren't saving, and we could not complete simple tasks. The interface, while new and modern looking, simply was complicated to navigate. We were also told we could integrate Pabau with our website and even our account manager admitted after the fact, that it is too glitchy to implement. After countless hours, days, and months, we decided to try a new software called Mangomint. It has been night and day. Mangomint was available 24/7 via life chat, email, and phone call. They assisted us and we got Mangomint implemented in ONE DAY. Since then, we have seen an increase in sales. We reached out to Pabau and they are unwilling to give us a refund (not even a partial refund). We are NOT HAPPY with Pabau and would NOT recommend them to any company. Do not use Pabau.

Pabau offers a lot of features (this is the biggest pro) and it is more geared toward medical spa and IV therapy.
Cons
There are a TON of glitches and bugs. Our account manager was not available and rarely responded to emails. They did warn us about bugs and glitches, however, we could not implement or use this software WHATSOEVER with our operations. We switched to Mangomint (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and were able to implement Mangomint in ONE DAY (just a few hours). Mangomint is also cheaper than Pabau. After switching to Mangomint, we did $1,700 in sales our first day launching our company. It's embarrassing when our Pabau account manager was unable to show us how to do things with the software, because even he ran into bugs and glitches.

Great for small - medium sized businesses!

I like that Pabau is cloud based and easy to navigate. The training videos are really helpful and customer support is straight forward and quick to respond.
Cons
When the portal is open and being used by multiple devices, it does not update unanimously on each device until the page is refreshed. Once you know this, you get into a habit of actively refreshing the page before booking someone in to avoid double bookings.

Generally very good, a few teething problems with the migration but I'm sure they'll get ironed out in due course

Impossible to set the system up and no access to support
pretty shady so far. They took my existing customer data quickly but since then I can't get up and running on a system that I am being charged for.
Pros
I loved the demo and it appeared to do everything I wanted but there are some serious concerns at this stage.
1. So far the company has charged me over £600 and cannot supply a VAT invoice.
2. I have been trying to access support all week and no one has been able to resolve the issue.
3. The dashboard is different to the video learning films
4. When I signed up I said that I wanted access to support staff to help me configure it. So far there is no response.
Cons
It seems shady. You have no idea where the staff are located - they work weird hours and the answers I have which are genuine support questions are not being answered. I can't even get a call booked in which was part of the "GOLD" onboarding package I signed up to.

I must say I am dissapointed to see your review which has subsequently caused other people not to proceed with the software, when in fact, the team have been on hand to help you - and the main issue was your own router was blocking access to the terminal. I checked the onboaridng with the Onboarding manager and the emails that you have been sent would have contained all the links you needed to book in with our team at the relevant time. In a world where reviews mean to much, I do think to be called shady is not a fair especially as you had not completed the academy which is requested. As I said to you last week, my team are at your full disposal to get setup, and hopefully you will be able to leave a more considered review when you have completed the onboarding and are fully setup. I should also note VAT invoices are always available on request, if you email [email protected] they will resend it. Kane

Very impressive support and platform.
Pros
Very impressive support. Pabau has assigned to me a team to support me with every step of the setting up their platform, which has countless integrations and customisation, making it almost effortless for me to go through all the little details.
That includes everything from princing and advice about it to making vouchers and automating consenting forms and sending out campaigns, giving me discounts on their services based on my specific situation as a company, and all this with active and kind support from multiple people on multiple online video meetings. I would definitely recommend.
Although the platform addresses many complicated topics of a company, it helps both the business and the client end to be easy and intuitively accessed, enabling me avoiding a tonne of paperwork for every day use.
Cons
I would like some more integration of their widgets with my website on wordpress so that links would not send my clients externally, would remain on my website while the make purchases of my services.

I’ve personally been very pleased with the support. Generally issues are resolved quickly.

I am happy with Pabau and support is very good

Paperless system that is GDPR compliant. All patient note on one system which all staff have access to

Reports are not user friendly and I have a hard time navigating them
