> **Pros**: Our agency has been growing steadily and has reached a size where we have vacancies running throughout the year. This means that the traditional way of reviewing curriculums, inviting people over, talking with them demanded more and more work. In the past there was time to invite over some candidates that weren't the right fit in hindsight, but at this stage this takes too much time.

We started working with MatchHR so that we were sure that the people we would invite, would all be the right candidates. 

The tool is super easy to use and gives good estimates of the right clients. We now still hire as skilled (if not more skilled) people as before, but save time per vacancy because of MatchHR.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it seams a bith black and white if a candidate fits based on the motives you've entered as important. You should really think about this well before sending out the tests.
