We have a ton of visibility into how our expense/headcount are tracking, and headcount planning is very straight forward. Many of our department heads have found Mosaic a much easier way to ingest data than the google sheets we were using previously. As a main administrator, I use Mosaic weekly \& it simplifies our budget refreshes \& BVA reporting significantly. > > **Cons**: We are still using google sheets/excel files for more complex parts of our modelling (revenue), as they offer flexibility \& speed of updating that Mosaic can't match. We also use google sheets when we need people outside the Finance team to comment or suggest edits, as Mosaic does not have those collaborative capabilities.
