> **Pros**: Ich finde Magicline gut gestaltet und so aufgebaut, das man auch ohne Programmkenntnisse super schnell damit arbeiten kann. Falls es mal Probleme gibt erreicht man echt schnell die Hotline und die versuchen alles um das Problem schnellstmöglich zu richten.

> **Cons**: ich finde das es keine Nachteile gibt, denn so kann ich von überall aus arbeiten und brauche nur meinen Laptop dafür

> Wir arbeiten mit Magicline in der Mitgliederverwaltung im Fitnessstudio, machen den Einzug darüber und nutzen ebenfalls Inkasso also als komplette Verwaltungssoftware. Als Komplettpaket finde ich es super, da du immer einen Ansprechpartner hast wenn man wirklich mal ein Problem hat.

> **Pros**: Mit der Magicline hat man eine Software für alle wichtigen Prozesse. Sei es Mitgliederverwaltung, Zahlungsverkehr, Terminplanung (Teamintern wie auf für die Kunden) und noch viel mehr.
Das erleichtert mir als Inhaber mit mehreren Trainern absolut die Kundenkommunikation, Verwaltungsaufgaben und wir haben so mehr Zeit für unsere eigentliche Dienstleistung.

> **Cons**: Der Terminkalender ist leider nicht ganz so flexibel aufgebaut wie z. B. der Outlook-Kalender indem ich auch mehrere Kalender für unterschiedliches anlegen kann.
Ein Tool zur Arbeitszeiterfassung wäre noch überragend und würde das bestehende Schichtplanungstool perfekt ergänzen.
