I have also subscribed to the tech support plan for just as long, and the tag plan for quite some time, and added users. Even though I've spent thousands on these products, almost every time I call for help with something, they want more money. The customer service is horrible and they know that since you've purchased the software, and have your entire inventory within it, they corner you into paying whatever charges they decide to impose at any time. I'm so sick of feeling abused by Resale World. I wish I would have chosen another software company that valued my business and didn't make me feel like they hijacked my money.
