I no longer have to go into each project folder to find dfferent sub COIs to find out when they may be expiring, but rather just find all of them organized in one place on the platform. Constrafor also tracks the certificates expiration dates and send out email alerts to both my subcontractors and me prompting COI renewal, so I don't ever need to worry about a sub's insurance expiring without getting alerts up to 90 days ahead of time. I can focus on the details of my projects and put the COI tracking on autopilot. > > **Cons**: It's somewhat of a personal preference, but the listing of all of my COIs could be condensed. With many projects, the list can get quite long. However, the company is early stage and has been receptive to my feedback when I reached out to them. > > Overall, I am very pleased with the Constrafor platform. This will allow each subcontractor to see live what minimum requirements needs to be met as far as coverage and or amount for each policy. I also don't like how it wont accept a partial submission. Something is better than nothing and it is discouraging when you are trying to get subcontractors to utilize the platform. > > This is a great platform for tracking, but I believe the implantation can be a lot better.
