As an HR professional the software keeps us in compliance legally. Excellent to use for applicant tracking, recruiting, on boarding, employee training, employee coaching, EEO -1 reporting to name a few. The real gem is the Customer Service that you receive as a client. The Customer Service team is beyond amazing, always there when you need them\! I have been using KPA for 5 years and will continue to do so. At least - when it actually lets you log in. > > **Cons**: It never works\! I left a 5 star review on here when the rolled out this software, because they offered a gift card incentive to do so. After actually using the software for years, I am extremely disappointed. Their old website portal was actually functional, but this software is just lipstick on a pig. This software works as intended less than 25% of the time for us. Users have constant log-in issues, admins are stripped of their location access or their permissions (and never get reinstated), and sometimes the issues / inspections (which we constantly have to monitor for corporate) wont load at all. We have corporate breathing down our backs to get training completed, but no one can actually access their accounts to complete training. We have made contact with our rep several times about these website issues, and always get told "IT will be contacting you within 24 hours." Guess who never contacts us? That's right - IT. We get left to deal with these issues on our own, while it seems like KPA is brushing all their issues under the rug in hopes of never dealing with it.
