Smash is crazy fast, maxing out the bandwidth of our internet connection. Smash servers run on AWS and are set up in a regional zone close to you for your account, so the speed is consistent. Another important factor for administrators in picking a file transfer system is the interface. The Smash web interface is simple and users without any instruction can figure out how to use it on their own. You can customize the interface and brand it for your business. We are an ad agency, so branding is important. There is a desktop app and mobile apps for iOS and Android that function very well. > > **Cons**: The only request I would make of Smash is for an additional feature to the desktop application. It would be helpful to have the ability to give the transfer link created in the desktop app a title. > > There were not a lot of reviews available to determine how well Smash has worked for others. My experience being in the U.S. and communicating with a support team in France has been better than the majority of tech companies I work with within the states.
