Overall good app to use for job postings!
Overall, my experience was really good. As long as you do your research when applying for positions, you do have a lot of opportunities to apply and get a job!!
Pros
I liked the base amount of job postings it had available for potential candidates.
Cons
I noticed some of the job postings, mainly work from home, weren’t legitimate which is disappointing because it takes away from the overall reliability of the site.

ZipRecruite will definitely helps your job searching journey and bridge for your career
Helpful to find job opportunities for candidates and tools like resume building and job application analysis simplifies users effort. However, I would recommend ZipRecruiter is that it would be better if make the platform available for free or less cost because it will helps job seekers and companies make use of the platform for efficient job opportunities discovery.
Pros
Simplifies the all kind of jobs searching in one place.
Free trail to try and use it for new users.
Finds right and suitable jobs which relevant to the candidates requirement and JD.
Multiple job boards are available.
Cons
Due to subscription cost, the platform really doesn't help to non salary users.
Does not have complete job or company's information.
Due to small period of trial and high cost subscription leads to loss of users and clients.
User interface is not good.
Not familiar with most of the people since there are lot of free, good and reliable job searching platform available in the online and market.

Find a Job on ZipRecruiter
Pros
I liked that it was uncomplicated to search for jobs. There wasn't a large amount of information to fill out beforehand and there are many opportunities posted. It was easy to apply and I got several callbacks. I got much more interest than I did from other places like Indeed.
Cons
One thing I did not like is that it seems the recruiters are not properly vetted before creating posts. I did get quite a few spam calls/emails. Also, some of the job post information is not correct. There were several times when the salary that was offered did not match what the posting listed.

Zip recruiter app review
My overall experience regarding zip recruiter is fantastic and it helps me and many of my friends to find employees and employers as well
Pros
It's a very good option available for recruiting and when I started my long search for employment. I wanted to apply to as many positions I could that were within my area of interest in order to receive as many interviews as I could. During this process I discovered Ziprecruiter.
Ziprecruiter made it fast and easy to apply to multiple positions within minutes. I applied to a couple of positions on the site and heard from a few of the employers. Whenever an employer contacted me to set up a phone screening or in person interview, I made an effort to read reviews of the company on sites like glassdoor and others that would come up when I googled “Company X reviews” before accepting the interview.
I definitely do not think all companies that post jobs on Ziprecruiter have positive reviews and are for those types of positions, and I think there is a great number of companies on their that do.
It’s a “resume scan and match” site. It really benefits employersas well as job candidates. You can“get hired through ZipRecruiter”.
What happens is an employer posts a job posting through ZipRecruiter; ZipRecruiter acts as an intermediary, and posts the job posting to a lot of job sites.
ZipRecruiter is best app for hiring?
Zip Recruiter is good for posting positions,
Cons
"Less Reach for Certain Job Types

If You're Looking For A Job, This App Is a MUST-HAVE!
Overall, I really enjoy using ZipRecruiter. I use it several times a week to stay on top of what's available on the job market. The "1-Tap Apply" button is an awesome feature which makes the application process super easy! I found my last job using ZipRecruiter and I continue to use it and recommend it to others.
Pros
I love that ZipRecruiter lets me narrow down my search via zip code. I am able to find jobs in my immediate area to avoid long commutes, and that's a big deal for me!
Cons
I sometimes get emailed alerts about jobs I am not interested in. It's ok. Software is not perfect.

Zip Recruiter Is Trusted
Zip is the best I really like it better than so many other job boards and sites.
Pros
Zip Recruiter has always been a very easy set up for recruiting candidates. I like how the website is not busy at all or intimidating.
Cons
I think seeing more automated tasks could really help to streamline the amount of time it takes me to recruit. I also don't really like the questionnaire questions for candidates. Few of them want to take those extra steps.
Reasons for Choosing ZipRecruiter
Zip seems like a smaller company. Although it may be huge. I think it is much more job candidate focused. Seems like other job boards have way to many advertisements.Switched From
CareerBuilderReasons for Switching to ZipRecruiter
Both of those companies are great. However with Zip job candidates expect for us to contact them. Not so much for the others. The easy apply feature gives us access to so many more job candidates.

Your go to Job Board
My experience with ziprecruiter has been great. I actually left reputable jobs sites to join zip requiter
Pros
Since using zip recruiter I was able to apply for companies I didn’t know was hiring as well as letting me post jobs when I was needing assistance. It lets the candidate know if they have the right skills for the job instead of you wasting your time and filling out an application not knowing you wasn’t going to get the job at all.
Cons
The notifications. Even though I checked my account frequently I would miss some offers. I would love if it would call or somehow make sure no matter what you would be able to receive your notifications in a timely manner.

MY ZipRecruiter Review
I think it has been great so far Using it and would recommend to anyone else to use
Pros
I think it is a great platform for recruiters and job seekers. I am fascinated by the way the algorithm works by going through the resumes and matching people to the right jobs. Also, the fact that they are always updating their website with new jobs and immediately notifying everyone is highly commendable. I will definitely recommend
Cons
I think their should be more broad by having vacancies from all over the world, especially in Africa. People from that Region struggle to have jobs from there.
