It's easy to integrate into Salesforce Marketing Cloud and fields within the Salesforce CRM that we use. We easily have automated journeys so folks get a 10 day and a 2 day out reminder for events and if they no show they get an email about future events. Blackthorn has so many customizable features. We especially love how you can make custom forms and fields that we can have write back to our crm\! > > **Cons**: It was hard to learn all our custom features at once, but we had lots of support\! Eventually we got staff so trained on it, that they have become our go to for any questions or issues. We had a huge event in October and the registration page just wouldn't load. It took days to resolve.
